I had a Royal Bank of Scotland card # [protected], in the Year 2007. The credit card agent had taken the final amount from us and mentioned that we do not have to pay anymore. Our address changed after that. In 2015, I was contacted by the Kotak bank collection department to settle the amount. I had no clue what they were talking about. However, realizing that these agency have no idea about our payment history and they are just following what they have been asked to do. I made the full and final payment on 18th June 2021 of total amount 13, 260 in one go. But till today my case is not updated and I have not received the NDC. Please help me in closing the case.
