Dear Madam/Sir,



With reference to your email, on the credit card bearing no. [protected] taken by you from Royal Bank of Scotland N.V. we wish to inform you that the captioned credit card transaction/ personal loan account along with the right/title /security interest and financial documents have been transferred/sold/assigned by Royal Bank of Scotland N.V. to Phoenix ARC Private Limited (PARC) acting in its capacity as the Trustee of PHOENIX Trust FY12-6 Scheme A, vide Deed of Assignment dated 30-Apr-12. By virtue thereof, PARC has become the absolute owners of the said debt and account and is entitled to recover the outstanding dues/initiate legal proceedings/any other steps for the recovery thereof. The fact of assignment has been already been intimated to you by our Assignor at your last known addresses available with them. It follows therefore that your liability to pay the outstanding dues in respect of the captioned loan is now payable to PARC. Please further note that PARC has appointed Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd as its resolution associate to help and assist for recovery of the outstanding dues, through authorized representatives, instead of paying the dues to Royal Bank of Scotland N.V. Accordingly the CIBIL records are showing PARC against your liability in the said card.



As per records which were provided by Royal Bank of Scotland N.V. during the transfer of the said card, there was an outstanding due of Rs.5521.83/- payable by customer as on the date of assignment and we have acted as per the records forwarded to us by our Assignor.
