I was using ABN AMRO bank CC, and paid all the dues before close this account as bank is closed, since after 2 years of closing Lender are asking for pay your dues, when I ask they said this is insurance amount of your card, which I was not shared while creating card.
I am sharing detials:

I have an very old issue with RBS NV during 2011 where i have been charged late payment fees for no fault of mine. A communication was also sent on 5th Jan'2011 in his regard. Now since it was not my fault & RBS kept on putting late fine & interest on that amount & continued to do so despite my request for waiver.
This was continued & thereafter it got kept changing from one hand to another & now it is with Phoenix ARC Pvt Ltd stating that an amount of Rs 3847 is due which was purely the late fees & interest accumulation. I have denied to pay, since it was not my fault at all. Since, it i appearing in my credit report, request you to kindly resolve it amicably on priority.
