I need to pay bill payment

Dear Sir i have owned HDFC bank credit Card in 2017 and made all payment to them later after some period of time suddenly getting call from phonix Arc fro outstanding amount and they said that HDFC bank acquired them for credit card and you have to pay outstanding i told them i have paisd,

Further i m only earning person in my family and my father is diagnostic with cancer he died in 2019, later financially we have week, now this sterss, kindly hepl me to get out of this and in covid also situation is worst

please provide details for resolve / pay this amount as nagatively impacting my cibil.

I had a Royal Bank of Scotland card # [protected], in the Year 2007. The credit card agent had taken the final amount from us and mentioned that we do not have to pay anymore. Our address changed after that. In 2015, I was contacted by the Kotak bank collection department to settle the amount. I had no clue what they were talking about. However, realizing that these agency have no idea about our payment history and they are just following what they have been asked to do. I made the full and final payment on 18th June 2021 of total amount 13, 260 in one go. But till today my case is not updated and I have not received the NDC. Please help me in closing the case.

I am writing you this in reference to my outstanding Hdfc credit card payment for rs
104651.13 which was settled by phoenix arc group team to rs 76000 by phone ( customer care executive name Ms Sumera, mobile no. [protected]). And as per her provided information I am doing the monthly payment by instalment from March to till this month July to Kotak Mahindra Bank account. ( details attached).
But i got only first 2 months receipts from Kotak bank as acknowledgement of my payment and unfortunately after that I didn’t get any receipts from your bank. Settlement letter for an amount of rs 76000/- I did not get neither from Phoenix arc group nor from your Kotak Mahindra Bank. But still I am regularly paying the instalment amount of rs 8 k every month to clear my outstanding . Now I got another legal notice where the case was filed by Phoenix team against me to office of the district legal authority by the month of July whereas I gave the every month payment to Kotak Mahindra bank ( details of payment statement attached).

Here I have all the documents till date for payment to Kotak Mahindra bank account which account was provided by your team ( executive name: Ms Sumera )

In this context I am surprised how kotak bank / Phoenix people can file a case against me when I am giving all the payments every month … is it not your duty to settle it from the office of district legal authority?? Why they sent me the legal notice in the month of July when your Kotak bank got the payment from March month onwards ?? Don’t you think it is a complete harassment for a lady.
Pls acknowledge and expedite the reply otherwise I need to apply consumer forum for this.
Hope the case will be solved and pls send me the all settlement details and the acknowledgement messages of my payment at the earliest.

My name is Vijayalakshmi. Since last 2 days Ms. Shika (not sure if the name original) from some company called "phoenix arc private limited" is calling me to ask for recovery of credit card payment which is not in my name. Upon asking the details, they were mentioning that in 2006 my husband had taken a credit card for which i or my father should now repay. I have received an email stating some details of the loan which i find completely un-reliable. They have been asking me to come to their office final amount. They are asking me to either settle or pay the loan (Which i have never ever taken). Neither i'm the borrower nor a co-borrower and not a guarantor as well.
I have never ever taken any credit card from them but still getting harassed.
Phoenix arc private limited (Ms. Shika) has been calling my office colleagues to find out my contact number and threatening me that he will raise a letter of demand for money and will share all details with my office colleagues and keep calling my office colleagues untill i pay the amount.
I request the consumer complaint forum to help and support in this regards.

please check your side and clear my credit report wrong details as soon as possible otherwise i am go to legal action to your company reason your rong information my credit score very low and i am suffered this pandemic time your side not respond i am go to legal action .

Barclays Credit Card outstanding was settled in 2009 but even today some amount is showing outstanding against my name impacting my CIBIL score.
The settlement was done with Barclays Bank whose credit card I used but looks their system was not updated properly and when Kotak took over they starting following up with me for payment and I provided all the necessary documents pertaining to the settlement such as Settlement Letter issued by Barclays Bank, Copy of DD for Rs. 55000/- and then receipt. Every time I submitted such proofs there was no mail communication whether it is updated in the system or not. Then after a pause for few months or some times even years I again receive communication about outstanding payment. Later when Phoenix ARC took over I received similar kind of mails asking for payment. Then I submit necessary proofs of settlement but they never updated the system. There was no mail communication from them since 2016 but suddenly today when I see my CIBIL statement they are showing an outstanding amount against my name. Because of this my CIBIL score is affected. Kindly look into it.

While going through my cibil report, i have noticed a credit card issued by Phoenix arc which has been reported as written off.I am not aware

My credit reports are stating a 3 year old due of Rs. 6069 from the respective card for which we have no hint until we got our reports.

Its my humble request to share the complete detail statement for the due payment as we don't have this card available with us now.

Also share how to pay this amount right away.

Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

Phoenix has updated it as written off.
I paid the amount in 2018 and requested them to change the cibil
On jan 16-2020 they replied saying that they have updated as closed status.
When i check my cibil in cibil site it is still showing as written off.
This is adversly effecting my cibil

My father has taken credit cards long back and didn't pay the bill. It's been more than 15 years, he is not living with us. I left him and staying separately. Phoenix agents (Rithu and himanshu) just calling me from one month and harassing me, am no where concerned with this issue, i have given all the details of my father and the agents are not ready to speak to him they are calling me repeatedly and if i don't pick the call they called to my office. From past 15 days they are harassing us. Because of the company i lost my job. They terminated me, because of those agents. Phoenix had said that i have taken loans and i didn't repay it this is #. I don't know because of phoenix company i lost my job and am getting lot of calls daily, it's been 3 days i lost my job. Even now the agents are not happy. I had given my full co-operation to the agents and all the details they asked me what else i can do. My father doesn't live with us and am no where concerned to this. I am not a borrower, co-borrower nor a guarantor. Please help me to stop this harassment.

But later i availed services of credit mantri to resolve the matter and they asked me for the full and final amount to rs. 15803/- which i paid directly to phoenix on date[protected]Receipt is attached)

Hence, i request your goodself to please update my resolved matter to cibil which could help me further for my needful-under intimation to me too.

An early action in this regard from your end will help me a lot.
