I had a Barclays Bank Credit Card long back. I never used this card. However, in a couple of years back, Kotak Mahindra Bank called me and asked for the outstanding amount w.r.t. annual fees. The amount was paid. But, in my CIBIL data, it is showing outstanding amount of Rs.54/- only against the BARCLAYS BANK Credit Card No. XXXX7962 (Delayed by 316 days, last updated at 30.11.2011).

And another outstanding amount of Rs.1/-...

Barclays Credit Card outstanding was settled in 2009 but even today some amount is showing outstanding against my name impacting my CIBIL score.
The settlement was done with Barclays Bank whose credit card I used but looks their system was not updated properly and when Kotak took over they starting following up with me for payment and I provided all the necessary documents pertaining to the settlement such as Settlement Letter issued...

I was an ABN AMRO Credit Card holder, Card No. : [protected]. From the very beginning (Year 2007) it was problematic and faced lots of trouble due to a ICICI Lombard Family Health Policy Premium. At that time I wrote several letter regarding the Card to Mr. Sameer Gupta, Nodal Officer - Credit Cards (ABN AMRO Bank N.V. New Delhi) for resolving the matter. But a few years back (Year 2019) I received Phone call from Phoenix Arc Limited....

I am Venkateswara rao. I used to own a barclay credit card in the year 2008. And the card details are [protected], that was first over taken by Kotak Mahindra bank and now it’s over taken by you. When that is under Kotak Mahindra bank control, I received a call from that bank to clear the issue. So I made a payment of 6000/- to clear it and I didn’t receive any call after that so I thought that the issue was cleared. Now I applied...

Phoenix arc credit card

While going through my cibil report, i have noticed a credit card issued by Phoenix arc which has been reported as written off.I am not aware
A credit card issued by Phoenix arc and this wrongly reported under my name. I want to get the same removed from my credit record on cibil as it is affecting my credit score. Details are as below.

My credit reports are stating a 3 year old due of Rs. 6069 from the respective card for which we have no hint until we got our reports.

Its my humble request to share the complete detail statement for the due payment as we don't have this card available with us now.

Also share how to pay this amount right away.

Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

Phoenix has updated it as written off.
I paid the amount in 2018 and requested them to change the cibil
On jan 16-2020 they replied saying that they have updated as closed status.
When i check my cibil in cibil site it is still showing as written off.
This is adversly effecting my cibil

My father has taken credit cards long back and didn't pay the bill. It's been more than 15 years, he is not living with us. I left him and staying separately. Phoenix agents (Rithu and himanshu) just calling me from one month and harassing me, am no where concerned with this issue, i have given all the details of my father and the agents are not ready to speak to him they are calling me repeatedly and if i don't pick the call they called to my office. From past 15 days they are harassing us. Because of the company i lost my job. They terminated me, because of those agents. Phoenix had said that i have taken loans and i didn't repay it this is #. I don't know because of phoenix company i lost my job and am getting lot of calls daily, it's been 3 days i lost my job. Even now the agents are not happy. I had given my full co-operation to the agents and all the details they asked me what else i can do. My father doesn't live with us and am no where concerned to this. I am not a borrower, co-borrower nor a guarantor. Please help me to stop this harassment.

But later i availed services of credit mantri to resolve the matter and they asked me for the full and final amount to rs. 15803/- which i paid directly to phoenix on date[protected]Receipt is attached)

Hence, i request your goodself to please update my resolved matter to cibil which could help me further for my needful-under intimation to me too.

An early action in this regard from your end will help me a lot.

My name is nivit chawla. Since last 2 days mr. Dagar from some company called "phoenix arc private limited" is calling me to ask for recovery of loan which is not in my name. Upon asking the details, they were mentioning that in 2006 my father had taken a loan for which i or my father should now repay. I have received an email stating some details of the loan which i find completely un-reliable. They have been asking me to come to the noida office of theirs to close the final amount. They are asking me to either settle or pay the loan (Which i have never ever taken). Neither i'm the borrower nor a co-borrower and not a guarantor as well.
I have never ever taken any loan from them but still getting harassed.
Phoenix arc private limited (Mr. Dagar) has been calling my office colleagues to find out my contact number and threatening me that he will raise a letter of demand for money and will share all details with my office colleagues.
I request the consumer complaint forum to help and support in this regards.
