Phoenix ARC Private Limited — Phoenix Arc credit card account still open

Hi,

I had a HDFC credit card later owned by Phoenix Arc. I paid complete amount on 20th Jan 2022 and your customer care representative has promised me to provide NOC. Once payment completed all promises has dropped. She asked me to wait for 60days to get NOC.
Today 7th September 2022, I can still see this account is active state. My CIBIL score getting affected unnecessarily.

Could you help me to close it and get NOC. My PAN is BDQPD9590Q.
