Phone Pe — cash debited from my account but not credited to vendor | |
I purchased medicines etc at apollo pharmacy and paid approx rs.650 through phonepe wallet. It was debited from my account but not credited to apollo's wallet. When i still check through mobile app it says that the transaction is successful. Raised a ticket on their portal but not getting any resolution since 10 days. All they say in their reply "please be patient. Thanks for your patience." not giving me even a date for resolution. Was this information helpful? | |
