Phone Pe — electricity bill

I pay my 2 electricity bills on 17th Jan 2018 of radhajani power and I got only 1 cashback and 2 cashback not received till date. It will at least 3 days . when I earlier go through your application the cashback will instantly in our account. I full fill all the terms and conditions .Kindly look into the matter at the earliest.

Actually I had made my credit card bill with phonepe app on 8Jan2018 but I got today message from bank saying that you have been fined for 800 rupeess. Pls suggest me something to get out of turmoil..

Can I know the reason why i didn't get cashback.
