Phone Pe — Not refunded the money for a failed transaction

Hi, I made 2 transactions to Flipkart via PhonePe on 28th April. Attaching the bank statements which clearly show that amount was deducted for PhonePe.

Both transactions got failed and only one was refunded. 2nd failed transaction is still not refunded and PhonePe has closed the ticket.

I have lost INR 449 because of PhonePe's error.

Again, I repeat 2 transactions were failed, one was refunded. 2nd one is still pending and PhonePe has closed the ticket saying everything has been refunded. Their escalation team is not picking up the calls too. please find attached the statement.

Updated by Akshay S Jalihal There are multiple such complaints against PhonePe. Customers need to be refunded and strict actions is expected against the company.
