On 18 april 2018
After that trying to withdraw that money but phone pay said to complete your kyc
I am trying to complete kyc
But phone pay shows that service is temporary unavailable
So i am waiting for my money refund but still not received
Pls help me

I recharged my Jio no. [protected] with rs. 498 yesterday. But Rs. cash back not added in my wallet. According to your offer on Jio recharge you should add cash back . Please solve this problem.
