PhonePe — account debited for failed transaction | |||
On 28/07/2018 i tried to make recharge for jio four times.. All the four times the transaction time was over and i received payment failure message.. Fifth time i was successful and my jio number got recharged.. After a hour i received 4 messages saying that my ac got debited rs.398 (Twice).. Rs.448 (Twice).. I was literally shocked and i am facing issues frequently like this in phonepe... Sometimes ur app was very good in servicing us but nowadays this type of issues we r facing.. Last month also i faced the same like situation while trying for fund transfer of ₹8000/-.. (As i am a officer in canara bank i was successful in getting back my money via bank itself).. Today I try to recharge jio 399 plan by phonepe, my money deducted but recharge not done.Your transaction id is BV00000E1185.
