Hello,

I have initiated a fund transfer on 7th december 2018 and the amount got debited from my account but it has not been received by the other or receiver account and transaction has been showing the status pending since 3 days my transaction id is a180913110725433944973. Please resolve the issue as the amount has been credited from my account.

I payed electricity bill on 3rd December looks like payment shown successful at phonepe end but amount is reached Bescom electricity. I got 2 months bill for this month including last month amount. bad customer service experience with phonepe
