PhonePe — amount debited from my account but not credited to beneficiaries account.

I did a transaction of 5500 through phonepe upi i'd
Its showing transaction successfull and amount got also debited from my icici bank account
But the beneficiary account has not yet credited.
How to get the money back
I called phonepe customer care they are saying the transaction is successful from our end.
I am really scared.
