PhonePe — amount deducted but booking not confirmed | |||
I have booked train ticket through irctc app and made payment via phonepe. Amount is deducted from my bank account but booking not confirmed, so i contact phonepe care they said, sometimes irctc will take 24 hrs to update. Now its more than 24 hrs and irctc showing status as "pending from bank pend '" i. E phonepe. Now the phonepe personal saying we will give you update by 13th oct. Which is my journey date. I asked them what will i do if you give update after chart preparation, they said, book another ticket, and if the previous transaction become successful i wont get any refund. I understand there may be some technical issue but their approach is disappointing because i am facing inconvenience and financial loss. Was this information helpful? | |||
