PhonePe — amount deducted but not credited to account

Hello sir,
I am chaluvaraj out with bank of state bank of indian
I want to register a complaint as i did a transaction of rs. 10000/- from my bank of state bank of india to my brother acoount state bank of india account ([protected]) through phonepe on 23rd january debited and my brother state bank of india not received amount and from my account with showing a description
"to transfer upi/rev/[protected]"
But that money neither credited to my bank account nor to my brother state bank of india account.

Plz help me with this

My name Rodda Srinivas i had transaction of rupees 50, 000 on 7th jan 2019 with phone pe to my cousin, my cousin resived successful confirmation on phone pe on 9th, but the amount doesn't show in his wallet or bank account . Reference no to the transaction is[protected]

Kindly go through the issue and resolve it asp
