PhonePe — amount deducted but not refunding

I have done a transaction through phonepe at near gas filling station for rs 300 and the amount is debited from my wallet account. When i contacted them and they are saying the amount has not been received their end. So we can't do anything/help here.

Then where the deducted amount has gone.

When i contacted again the customer care service, they said that they can't resolve the issue after completing 25 days.

As the issue is with the airtel wallet and phonepe.

I have linked my airtel wallet in phonepe and the amount of rs.300 is deducted from airtel wallet for the transaction which is done through phonepe.

I am purchase online in flipkart samsung galaxy j2 mobile it is online payment in flipkart link to phonepe pay the bills through phonepe amount will be deducted but payment not successful .Till date no refund my balance.

this statement given iob Grievance Redressal department .
It is a successful statement in phonepe .
Kindly helpme sir already three months over but still not refund sir.

i am receiving phone call a fraud has called me as a "consumercomplaints.in" representative from mobile no.[protected] and tried in several ways to load money in his from my account. I've attached his mobile number to this post.

I paid a bill of water PHED of Rs 411 and payment failed. I contact to the bank and phonepe but they cannot resolve my problem. and they didn't give me satisfactory answer... where my money gone...
