amount deducted but not credited to beneficiary.

Below was the confirmation msg but not credited to benificeary and the back, phone pe says transaction is successful from their end.

Your citibank a/c has been debited with inr 6100.00 on 15-nov-2018 at 10:14 and account [protected]@ybl has been credited. Upi ref no.[protected]

amount deducted twice

Today i booked a bus ticket by using phonepe application on my phone. I initiated the transaction from make my trip to phonepe and i entered the upi code to transfer the money (Rs.557) but phonepe app shows as error and then it asked again my upi code so that i entered that code finally i got transactions successful message.

not supporting to get my rs.5627/- return back

Via PhonePe I had made a transaction of Rs.5627/- on 23/11/2018 under transaction id N[protected] as payment of my SBI credit card . By mistakenly payment have been made to AXIX bank credit card no 4611xxxxxxxx5003 of others in place of my SBI bank credicardx003 no is xxxxxxxxx003. since last 3 digit was so mistake done.

Hello, today 27th nov 2018, i had a hectic experience using phonepe, very very hectic.

unauthorized transaction and double deduction of rs. 509

On 26th november 2018 @7:45 pm, i have done a recharge of rs. 509 on a mobile no. That has been done successfully and a received a deduction sms from bank also. transaction error 20.11.2018

On 20.11.2018, 5:23 pm i was transferring 6000 inr to [protected] but due to inserting of last digit wrong all the figure transferred to [protected] but i also mentioned the name of receiver.

My money is stucked to unknown persons account.

Now i want to know that how it is possible to transfer the money to wrong account number, even after i am also mentioning the name of receiver.

amount debited but not credited to recipient

Mr. Sailesh tiwari send 500rs via phonepe through upi transaction to mr. Avnish pandey, amount debited from sender's account but not yet received by recipient account. Transaction id -=p1811202328284403773434, 20/11/2018 at 11:28 pm. Its now 6 days amount is not yet received by either sender or receiver.
So please kindly refund our money.

cashback didn't credited

I did a money transaction at one of the Patanjali stores in Hyderabad on 23rd November for which I was supposed to get the cashback from phonepe as per their offers but I didn't received the cashback even after 48 hours of transaction. I raised a complaint in phonepe app but no response has come till now.

Please look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible.

In my phone pe account i have raised ticket in help line regarding adding bank account and shared screenshort message.with in 5 min i have received call from one person and asking me to revert back to some mail id with account details,
But i have checked same thing with phonepe support team they informed that they didnt make any such calls
