PhonePe — amount deducted from account but not credited in credit card

Dear sir/madam,
I ve transfer credit card bill amount rs 6946 via phonepe on 2nov2017, from icici bank. Phonepe transection id nx[protected], bank transection id sb498800. Amount not credited yet in credit card balance. No response from phonepe customer support, not even receive my call. Please help me to get my amount
