PhonePe — amount deducted from the bank but the receiver didn't receive it | |
Hi, I did a transaction of worth 15000 rs on 31st august. The amount got deducted from my account but the receiver didn't receive it. The receiver's bank says they didn't get any such amount. Phonepe says it is successful. My bank (Standard chartered says it has nothing to do with it as it is related to upi) Receiver's bank (Boi) : denies any such transaction. 4/09/2019 it shows transaction successful but money didn't credited to receiver account..
I contact phonepe, receiving bank, sender bank but all are blaming each other...no one is taking responsibility.
