PhonePe — Amount deducted via scanner

I was paid through scanner rs 760 but not recived merchant and also not returned to me more than week ago they given 5 days but it is more than a week no response from their coustmer care no option for further step also it is a very poor app i think just to see official app of amount stuck over their no response
