My name is Ankush and I am from Chandigarh.I transferred 5000 rs from my one account to another on 12th october.I haven't received my money yet whenever i call them they alwyas told me to wait for 48 hours and say that your complaint is forward to relevant team its been 7 days i have called them more than 10 times I want to ask them is your team coming from any another planet.I need my money back.I also contacted my bank branch they said that this is an invalid transaction number you have to contact phonepe and ask them to provide a valid transaction number.

    I requested closure of my Phonepe account after some time and again transactions failed on 16.03.2021 on the date my mother expired. Thereafter on becoming steady condition of mind, I am regularly requesting for making me able to login to Phonepe account working on my mobile registered with bank account, since round about six months.

      मेरा नाम दीपक सिंह है कंपनी ( MU Micron Technology Inc )का दावा था अगर मैं 104000rs का इन्वेस्टमेंट करता हु तो कंपनी मुझे हर दिन का 5200rs का इनकम देगी और 28000 का सब्सिडी देगी इन्वेस्टमेंट करने पे मैंने 11 सितम्बर 2021 को 02:00 से 02 :30 के अंदर दो UPI ट्रांसक्शन किया उस दिन शनिवार का दिन था कंपनी ने बोला 14 सितम्बर 2021 मंगलवार से मैं प्रॉफिट का पैसा मैं अपने अकाउंट में ले सकता हु लेकिन फिर जब बात पैसे देने की हुई कंपनी का कोई रेस्पॉन्स नहीं आ रहा है पैसा रिटर्न करने के लिए।

            Payment made on 6oct. Payment show successfull in Phonepe but receiver still not receiver the amount. Payment stuck 7 days... Still receiver not receive money. There is no customer care for help. On call only recoding told about ticket raise. Ticket raised they replying only wait for 5 days then reply check statement and all. But not giving proper reply. ...

                My account was deactivated unnecessarily by PhonePe Business, which led to delay in payments for my firm.
                There was no response by the company as to why my account was deactivated by their end. When I tried to call them, the only reason they had was it was deactivated by their BACKEND TEAM.

                  I received a phone call just now. The caller told me that he is a Phonepe representative. He informed me that i have got a cashback reward of Rs. 4999 and he was asking why have i not accepted it. The caller told me to open phonepe app and click the notification icon where the cashback reward of Rs. 4999 would have been mentioned(I didn't check it as i knew it was a fraud call). I request Phonepe to take immediate action against such fraudsters.

                    I am using Phone Pay Business App. I Linked Axis Bank Account to This App. From Two Months i Want To Change Bank Account. So I Try More times From This App. Also i Cantact Phone Pay Customer Care through Chating and Calls. But by More Attempts i Unable To Change Bank. Support From PhonePay is Poor. Many Of Trasanction is Not Settled by Phone Pay Due to This Issue. My Axis Bank Account Closed and New Bank Account Cant Link. So My Payment has been Pending to Phone Pay.

                          Hi,
                          I Have done the trasaction of RS 23, 000/- on 09 Oct 2021, 09:46 PM to UPI ID [protected]@okhdfcbank, unfortunately transaction got pending, money got debited from my account but still not creditedd to receiver account. When I complained about this to this customer care through the app they raised the ticket and told me wait forty eight Hrs, I have waited forty eight Hrs but nothing has changed, No updated even after i am chatting in ticket section. Now I am worried about my money because its a huge amount for me and still showing pending in phonepe.
