I received a phone call just now. The caller told me that he is a Phonepe representative. He informed me that i have got a cashback reward of Rs. 4999 and he was asking why have i not accepted it. The caller told me to open phonepe app and click the notification icon where the cashback reward of Rs. 4999 would have been mentioned(I didn't check it as i knew it was a fraud call). I request Phonepe to take immediate action against such fraudsters.

    I am using Phone Pay Business App. I Linked Axis Bank Account to This App. From Two Months i Want To Change Bank Account. So I Try More times From This App. Also i Cantact Phone Pay Customer Care through Chating and Calls. But by More Attempts i Unable To Change Bank. Support From PhonePay is Poor. Many Of Trasanction is Not Settled by Phone Pay Due to This Issue. My Axis Bank Account Closed and New Bank Account Cant Link. So My Payment has been Pending to Phone Pay.

          Hi,
          I Have done the trasaction of RS 23, 000/- on 09 Oct 2021, 09:46 PM to UPI ID [protected]@okhdfcbank, unfortunately transaction got pending, money got debited from my account but still not creditedd to receiver account. When I complained about this to this customer care through the app they raised the ticket and told me wait forty eight Hrs, I have waited forty eight Hrs but nothing has changed, No updated even after i am chatting in ticket section. Now I am worried about my money because its a huge amount for me and still showing pending in phonepe.

          Kindly refer the attachments.

            In the last but one month and last month there are update of resolution of my service request missing as before that there were assurances after assurances and telephonic and verbal updates.

              My contact number is change, but now I am not able to use phonepay.and it is not possible to bring my old number because it was register on onother person name, and now he is no more.please help me.i am finding lots of difficulty.

                I was paid through scanner rs 760 but not recived merchant and also not returned to me more than week ago they given 5 days but it is more than a week no response from their coustmer care no option for further step also it is a very poor app i think just to see official app of amount stuck over their no response...

                  Waiting eagerly for reactivation as after assurances date by date since months. The last assurance is for the date 07 Oct. For example the text below may be seen

                        My Phonepe account made inactive on byfault request made after untoward cercumstances of death of my mother in the early months of this year and I am still unable to log-in even after written and verbal assurances for months to resolve my persistent issue. The last assurance given for the date 07.10.2021 but all-in-vain as usual. Now using consumer complaints forum with the hope to resolve up to the last month of this current year 2021.

                          Hello,

                          We get an anonymous call from a person ensuring to give cash of Rs.999 on phonepe app, after providing he asked me to give UPI pin, and then I understood his intentions regarding fraudulent practice and disconnected the call. Kindly look into this matter as every penny is valuable for a middle-class person. This online crime is so much manipulative and unethical that the person easily trapped their web. I humbly request you to look into our matter.

                            My name is Dattatray, i have recharged on 4th Oct Jio Plan of 249 rupees through Phonepe, The transaction was successfully, however, haven't received recharge confirmation message from Jio company, when i checked with Jio operator they told they haven't received any request on 4th Oct through phonepe, then i checked with Phonepe Executive they stated the recharge is done, they got ref id from jop operator, they also provide me reference id is below.

                            Per discussion with phonepe executive the recharge is successful and they unable cancel the request or refund amount.

                            i'm again visit to my jio application and chat with they online executive they stated same as phone conversion they haven't received recharge request on 4th Oct thorough phonepe.

                              Dear sir 04.10.21 I have done a jio recharge from phone pe and that amount was 149 in phone pe it was successful transaction but the benefits and successful sms didn't get in the jio number. I called to jio castomer care they told me that they didn't get any amount from phone pe so jio castomer care told me that please contact to phone pe.

                                    I have done the recharge for rs 599 for the jio number [protected] through phonepe and the transaction was successful (transaction id:NX2110042351250325239062) and the amount is deducted from the bank account and I haven't received any message regarding the same and the recharge plan is not active. I request you to kindly refund the amount.
