I called customer care so many times there is no response they didn't make any call back...

My refund balance not credit till now.. Phone pay customer person said to me your balance will be credit in 24 hrs. What is the status my complaint.???? ASAP

I transferred money to my friend account using phonepe application. Transaction has failed but money is debited.It happen last one week back still they are telling that money was not debited in your account.

please clear my problem as soon as possible.
