[Resolved]  PhonePe — amount was deducted from my account. but not credited to receiver's account

Respected sir,
Iam transfer an amount of rs.21000/- for my sbi account to my wife's account in that time that transaction was sucessful in phonepe app. But amount was not credited to my wifes account. I raise a compliant on phonepe they send me a message to go to the bank and file a charge back. I contacted the sbi coustmer care they told me in my end their is no action contact phonepe end.
So please resolve my issue at an early.
