I was purchasing a laptop (Model lenovo ideapad 320) worth rs.41, 990/- from flipkart on 15 october 2017. I made payment through hdfc internet banking through phone pe account. Payment was successful transaction no: c1710152147138863340346, payment deducted my account in 16 october 2017.
After payment order was not placed, i contact flipkart, they said we had not received payment, contact your bank.
I raised a query to my bank, bank replied that as confirmed with merchant payment was successful. After that i contact flipkart so many times but didn’t get any solution. I request you to kindly check phone pe & flip cart account if they had received payment with transaction no given above on 16th october 2017.
Here i attached both the bank statement and flipkart transaction details for reference, kindly check and help for the refund of my amount.
