Hey, phone pe is doing fraud... Telling you how... I had recharged with rs.50/- in offer period (Recharge with rs.50 and get rs.50/- cashback) 👈 this was the offer... But wow phone pe hats off to you... Recharge of rs.50/- was failed to my mobile number and deducted my rs.50 /- balance from my account... And in return phone pe give me rs.50/- cashback and telling me since 1 month that the amount has been adjusted to the cashback given in ur wallet... Smartly done you fraud job... Phone pe 👏👏👏... My rs.50 /- gone, now i cannot transfer my wallet balance to my account and also they deducted my balance... So i loss rs.50 /- because of this app phone pe... Bhagwaan kre ye app dub jaaye...👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎... i had seen so much people complaining abt the same reason...
I have proceesed 5000/- on 31/10/2017 to credit the amount in a/c no-[protected] for the name of Mr. Prakash Tiwari. The amount debited from the a/c no - [protected] Mr. Kaluram sahu .
Status from the benificiary showing that Transiction Fail.
The above amount not get reversed .So kindly arranged to do the needfull.
I recharged airtel landline bill 825 rs on 7 Nov amount is deducted from my account I got 75 rs cashback also but transaction failed. .
Tell me when I will get my money back
Already 8 days completed still i haven't get my money.
Give me my money back youare executive also not receiving call. I tried many times.
This is not good. .
Plzzzz refund my money back

    I have done my recharge of 499 rs on my jio number. The payment is deducted from my bank account but the recharge is still pending (About 18 hours). I called several times on customer support number also wait for (30 minutes) as they say our executives are busy to assist other customers but they didn't respond. I have also try to contact with email but didn't get any reply. I also contact phonepe through its facebook page but there also they just say sorry and didn't solve my problem and neither refund my money. Very poor experience with phonepe 👎👎👎...

    Customer care for phone is not responding
    I transferred an amount of rs 12000 from phone pe..transaction failed but amount has been debited from my account. I received msg that it will refund after 5 days but amount didn't get refund till
    It has been already 10day

      I did my first recharge on airtel of 399 but i instantly received a msg regarding "recharge couldnt be processed" and than i found that the amount was deducted from my account bt at the same time i found that a i had received a amount of rs50 cashback on phonpe as it was my first prepaid recharge... I waited and thought what to do next becoz i didnt receive any balance on my airtel account... After 5 to 6mins i saw that the amount was refunded bt it was only 349 and smartly they had added that 50ruppes and made it 399... Then i did a recharge of 399 on my jio account and used my jio wallet... The cashback i recieved was 75 which was fine according to the offer bt till now i cant understand what happened to my 50rs cashback which i should get according to there offer flashing on my home page... If the first recharge wasnt successful and it was all there technical fault atleast they should have given 50rs cashback on my next recharge btthat didnt happen... Very disappointed with this phonepe...

      My money is struck in wallet and when i want to do transaction its alway failed trying so many times, in all format but not succed.
      Comlaint to helpline but no responce till date and helpline phone no. Always busy ..trying half hour in waiting but no response..

        On date 3/11/2017 I am trying to transfer money rs 2000 to my SBI bank account as per transaction I'd number P1711031915214737843033 but the transaction process fail to send the the money to my SBI account, and today is 9/11/2017 till date I don't get my refund to my account which is link with the phonepe application, so I am requesting to you please do some needful action for refund my money to my account.

            I have three issues regarding to phonepe payment app.1. Transaction failed and my money detected.2. Recharge failed money detected 3. They give wrong cashback. My transaction fail and my money detected at my account. I create ticket in phonepe app. This is 20th day, till now they don't send my money back 1000. They're don't give any response also... They're don't give my failed recharge money also. They're give wrong cashback to me..

              Transaction become reversed but amount not received in the parent account

              Respected sir,
              On 30th october 2017 i have done transaction from account no.- [protected] to the corporation bank account. After transfer the amount gets reversed in my account. But not showed in my bank credit.

                I have recharged my jio number using phonepe for rs.399/- i was supposed to get 84days of validity and rs400/- cashback in my jio account and also rs.30/- cashback in phonpe account. But it was in processing for almost two weeks. Till then offer changed and after multiple reminder and notification they cancelled the transaction and repaid only rs.369 and says rs.30/- was cashback adjusted. Now if i do same amount rs.399/- i will get only for 70days and no jio cashback of rs.400/- promised and also my rs.30/- cashback of phonepe. I want them to correct their unprofessional behaviour by compensating something atleast in my phonpe wallet. I am so frustated following up on the issues with phonepe

                Phonepe reduced the wallet amount of me. Previously the wallet amount is. 4100 phonepe reduced this...This is a purely fraud app

                  we are use phonepe application for electricity bill payment but due to failed transacation as per these id NX [protected], (time 10.02pm) NX[protected] (10.05pm)both date on 23 October 2017 amount are debit my account rupees 3709/but do not revert amount in my account reason transcation failed.
                  My account balance dabit for not successful transaction but refund my money pls recheck and confirm to me amount

                    I have closed my mobile number [protected] and it that wallet their is approx rs 3381
                    Which i am asking to transfer to my another mobile number [protected]
                    Which is my registered number with flipkart.
                    Phonepe is the company which takes care of the wallet of flipkart and they have been so pathetic in even showing concern toward the problem and sending mails with even no connection

                    Phonepe is trying to misguide and buildup stories and keeping my money

                    I have given them all the government document as prove asked by them

                      Phone pe wallet is a third party of myntra, had my credit balance with phone pe wallet since august, while trying using the same amount in oct. It got debited automatically from phone pe wallet. I have not used that amount against any order. And i have tried calling them umpteen number of times. But no one at their customer center at least picked up the phone.

                          I ordered a package on 13 oct 2017 from jabong using phonepe app but due to some reasons transaction was failed but my account was debited with rs[protected] from account + 200 from phonepe wallet). I complained twice but till now neither they solved my problem nor they are responding to my mails or phone calls.
                          Earlier they gave me 31 oct 2017 to solvey problem then they extended it to 6 nov 2017 but till date the haven't solved it nor they have intention of solving it.
                          Please help me to get my money back!!

                            The amount of rs. 22190 has been refunded by phonepe to my account but amount has not been credited to my bank account. When i contact to bank they are saying that phonepe is responsible and phonepe are saying that bank is responsible.

                                I was purchasing a laptop (Model lenovo ideapad 320) worth rs.41, 990/- from flipkart on 15 october 2017. I made payment through hdfc internet banking through phone pe account. Payment was successful transaction no: c1710152147138863340346, payment deducted my account in 16 october 2017.
                                After payment order was not placed, i contact flipkart, they said we had not received payment, contact your bank.
                                I raised a query to my bank, bank replied that as confirmed with merchant payment was successful. After that i contact flipkart so many times but didn’t get any solution. I request you to kindly check phone pe & flip cart account if they had received payment with transaction no given above on 16th october 2017.
                                Here i attached both the bank statement and flipkart transaction details for reference, kindly check and help for the refund of my amount.

                                    I had made payment of rs.1781 to jaipur vidyut vitran ltd. Via phonepe on 16th october, 2017 at 12.24pm regarding my electricity payment of consumer no.[protected]. The transaction id is:- ici206edf11ef63415e929698b07dea564f.
                                    Till date this payment is not received by jvvnl and it is still showing due. Kindly solve the issue at the earliest. Otherwise i will have to take a legal action against the company.

                                    I made a transaction of 8000 using PhonePe. Amount has been debited from my amount but not credited to receivers account
                                    I have transferred funds from my bank account to different one on 31st October amount of 5742₹. Amount was deducted but transaction was failed due to network error.

                                    Still haven't received funds.
                                    Customers care are not receiving calls.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      I was using phonepay for electricity bill payment and transaction got failed due to technical issue.1020 rs deducted from my account. Now its been 15 days they did't refund money and now they asking me to reach bank for the same.
                                      Worst service they have given as i don't have time to reach bank. Also they dont have any helpline number.

                                        Once i ordered something from flipkart payment was done through phonepe but due to some size issue i returned it n i got refund(refund date - 7th october) in flipkart app ( phonepe wallet) next when i tried ordering some other thing from flipkart through phonepe using wallent amount during transaction all the amount which was there disappear . now the wallet is showing empty.please help me out with this.i tried calling them complaining them but got no response.
