Fraud transactions are done through my Phone pe app... I lost Rs. 3, 02, 704/- ... FIR also done in local cyber crime department... They need full transaction details with account number, which bank it's credited... For this to whom we need to contact in Phone pe ? Please provide your contact number and email for further communication... [protected]@gmail.com to this email id...

    Hi,

    I did the transaction on 2nd jul 21 to wrong account number via Phone PE.
    The money was debited from my bank account .
    we immediately call the bank and asked them to cancel the transaction to the benificary account holder.
    Bank also onhold ready.
    The same day we register the complaint in phonepe on the same day.
    Phone pe recommended to contact the bank.
    So we contacted the bank . bank given answer after 3 months for our ticket .
    Bank will return money to phonepe only and they cant directly to send to our account.

    The bank complaint code is given below for your reference and please contact bank and get back the money for us .
    Its huge amount ( 29, 250Rs)for us. Please help on this claim.

        Dear sir,
        Today I came to know that my account is blocked because of security reasons.
        I also called your customer care team.
        They are saying I violated section 11 of your terms and conditions.
        According to section 11,
        You can operate only one PhonePe wallet at any given point of time. Any violation of this condition shall amount to suspension/discontinuation of all your accounts. but I only use single account.
        They also gave me ticket number[protected]
        I am requesting you to please UNBLOCK my account . I am not aware of what exact mistake I did while using PHONEPE. I am loyal customer of PHONEPE from past many years . I don't want to break any of your terms and conditions. But if I broke any of these, I am very sorry for that. It won't happen again. I am not aware of any of this.
        Also give me information about what mistake I did while using PHONEPE so I won't repeat that mistake again.
        Hoping to hear from you soon. Thank you.

          Phone Pe notification came in my mobile. There was a gift voucher in that notification. Scratched that gift voucher. After checking I saw that I have won Rs. 1967/-. It was written in the voucher that this amount should be sent to your bank account. As soon as I remitted that amount to my bank account, I immediately got a debit message from the bank that Rs.1967/- has been debited from your account. I was not aware of that gift voucher and I did not get any gift voucher. I have been cheated. I want my money back.

            We had failed transaction on 6-9-2021 but amount is debited .. But now after 6 days also no refund had made.. Pls help me to get my debited amount of 5000

              Sir suddenly i saw that i am unable to open my phonepe account with number [protected]. When i called their customar support the told me that i have been blocked my account.
              But i have never done this in my knowledge. Now i want to back my previous phone pe account as i use it for some important transaction.
              Kindly do the needful sir.
              Their opinion is not true about to block my account as per my request

                    I have registered complaints 6th September. 21 but till date not response from phone pe customers support. 15000 fraud happened with me.

                    I request all. The user pls don't use phone pe app.
                    They never care their customers & zero security of your accounts.

                            Such a pathetic platform, a fraudulent activity happened with me today and I tried to reach their customer support but neither they are available on call n to my surprise to handle a fraud they have drop downs which leads to no where. Any Tom, dick n Harry has been opening a platform for people to transact n they have no damn clue how to secure their money n provide support in case of emergency. Also what kind of platform n services they are providing for such fraudulent people n not to their users. Such a ridiculous n risky platform indeed.

                              I got a call @ 1:54pm and a person said my father has given him my number so that he could transfer me 25000. My father doesn’t use online platforms and sometimes I do receive payment on his behalf. Hence, I said okay n then he asked if he needs to transfer on the same number he called, I confirmed the number n asked him to send the payment via phonepe.
                              He said he would transfer Rs.2 and I need to confirm if, I have received. Then he told me he has merchant account n I have to have 5000 balance in my account in order to get the payment of 25000. I asked from my brother n one of my friends to send me 5000. My brother sent me the payment and he said I have to enter amount n need to click on pay n then the payment will be made. I said nothing is happening like that. Then he asked me to enter 5000 n then click on pay n I did that n payment got deducted from my account. He said there’s some problem in my account n then he said he is sending me that money back n he shared the screenshot as well. said I didn’t receive any amount he said because I didn’t have minimum 5000 balance in my account. Till the time 5000 came in my account from my brother as well, he said I need to enter pay n click on that so I will receive 5000. I did the same and another 5000 deducted from my account. I got frustrated and he again said one last time I need to do the same but I refused and ask him to pay back the amount else I will tell my father. He said terms will be spoiled with my dad coz of that but I still contacted my dad n obviously he told me he didn’t ask anyone for any payment. The contact number from i which received the call is +[protected] and on WhatsApp he contacted me via +[protected].
