Today I came to know that my account is blocked because of security reasons.
I also called your customer care team.
They are saying I violated section 11 of your terms and conditions.
According to section 11,
You can operate only one PhonePe wallet at any given point of time. Any violation of this condition shall amount to suspension/discontinuation of all your accounts. but I only use single account.
They also gave me ticket number[protected]
I am requesting you to please UNBLOCK my account . I am not aware of what exact mistake I did while using PHONEPE. I am loyal customer of PHONEPE from past many years . I don't want to break any of your terms and conditions. But if I broke any of these, I am very sorry for that. It won't happen again. I am not aware of any of this.
Also give me information about what mistake I did while using PHONEPE so I won't repeat that mistake again.
