This is in regards to get the releiving letter / experience letter from the ex employer Talent Pro India despite taking follow ups since almost 6 months.

My self Divya Moger I am from bengaluru. I joined huawei technology india pvt Ltd through talent pro in Feb 2015. I resigned from my job in dec 2016. I have not received my experience letter. When i talked the person of talent pro office, there is no response come through office employee.

1.Unexpected bad services in terms of salary and incentives release of clients staff's and not behaving well in calls,
2.Talentpro even not have arrangement of giving salary with incentives as declared by their clients.

i have joined in Talentpro June 2007 client is SAP.

June 2007 to July 2015 and since SAP made some changes i move the different company again i joined Jan 2018 to Dec 2020 or Talentpro contact is end with SAP after that we move to Dataformix.

my EMP Id is SAP0279.

Please issue me my experience letter.

i walk in Bangalore office and no one is responding asking check channi office.

I had a Prepaid order from Siyaram ( From their Official websites ) http://Shop.siyaram.com Of Rs 6388 ( Male Casual clothes on date 13/08/2022 .

Though on date 15/08/22 I had cancelled my prepaid order from their websites . And on 17/08 I had informed to their Customercare Team[protected] . He replied me very soon you will get back your paid money.

But on date 21/08 I got a phone calls from Pickrr courier, he told me you have a courier from Siyaram Silk mills ltd I sait sorry I have already cancelled kindly return them back, he told me ok sir I returning them .

But until now I didnt get back my Paid money from Siyaram . Whenever I am calling them they are speaking new story .and saying next week will be credit. This week will be credit, after 48 hrs will be credit etc.

They are harrasing me like this from 2 months .

I also have filed a complain in National Consumer Redressal reg this .but until now SIYARAM not Repling to their mails . National consumer redressals also saying we cant do anything until company not repling.

I dont know why Siyaram Silkmills ltd harassing me like this .

So I am requesting you to kindly look into this matter and help me to get back of my Paid money.I have all the required Proofs.

And take strict actions against them so that, they cant harass someone else in future like this.

I haven't received My salary which was kept on hold but the payslip has been updated in the portal. I have explained My situation to My reporting HR.
