I have transferred Rs 3000 to Phone pe wallet from my savings account on 16th July 21 and it's more than 10 days now, still it has not showing in my phone pe wallet. I tried to speak to helpline numbers so many times but they just listened to me and keep the phone on waiting and disconected automatically.

The company which was in IndiaMART has been Frauded us rs 1, 00, 630/- . The firm is not send any materials Yet. Contact no - [protected]. Name :- MAHESH KUMAR .

My phonepe account is blocked without any reason.
I have not violated any rules and policies.
phonepe mail request is not responding.
Help me to reactivate my phonepe account again.

I am using phonePe business for 1 month and automatically My account get suspended without any valid reason.

My phonePe business account was fully Kyc then why account get suspended (there customer care only telling "due to some security reasons"
If there was security reasons then why they approved my Kyc )

After closed PHONEPAY wallet the amount of 2199not credited to account

I have a call from phonepe and said I am phone pe costumer service and send a 999 rupee money request and Debit 999 ruppe from my account

My transaction no NX21072021551072262891401 amount 15000 this transaction has been done through my upi id [protected]@ybl payment is successfull merchant beneficiery PNB Metlife insurance is not credited the amount.

I have not received payment in my bank account. I have called customer helpline no. But call not answered. I am literally fed up of contacting on toll free numbers as not receive any call.

I have applied for withdrawal of my amount from phonepe mutual fund on 10 Jul 21. Till date I have not received my amount.

श्रीमान जी मैंने अपने फोन पे से मेरे बैंक ऑफ इंडिया के क्रेडिट कार्ड मैं पेमेंट किया था 6 फरवरी 2021 को जोकि दो ट्रांजैक्शन थे ₹10000और ₹900 मेरा पेमेंट फोन पे मे सफलतापूर्वक बताया गया लेकिन मेरे कार्ड मैं जमा नहीं हुआ मैंने जब फोन पे कस्टमर केयर में बात की तो उन्होंने बताया कि हमने आपके कार्ड में पेमेंट कर दिया है और आप अपनी बैंक में जाकर मालूम करो जब मैं बैंक गया तो बैंक वालों ने बोला कि हमारे पास आपके पैसे नहीं आए तब मैंने बैंक ऑफ इंडिया के ऊपर पीजी पोर्टल पर कंप्लेंट की तो बैंक वालों ने बताया कि आपके पैसे फोन पे वालों ने गलत कार्ड में पैसे नेफ्ट कर दिए हैं जबकि मैंने फोन पे पर अपना क्रेडिट कार्ड एड करते ही ₹2 का ट्रांजैक्शन किया तो वह मेरे कार्ड में सफलतापूर्वक ऐड हो गया तो फिर उसके बाद मैंने ₹10000 और ₹900 जमा किए तो वह पेमेंट सफलतापूर्वक बताने के बाद भी मेरे कार्ड में जमा नहीं हुए । कृपया करके मेरे पैसे या तो रिवर्स करावे या मेरे कार्ड में जमा करावे और फोन पे से जो गलती हुई है उसके खिलाफ से कड़ी कार्यवाही की जाए

The money is debited from my account but samsung shop has not received it....

I sri Anil Prasad Yadab onto[protected] the fraudier told me kyc up to date on my BSNLmobile Rs10 at 3.35p.m than an amount rs 49, 900/-.authometically debited my sbi account. Then he told me amount wrongly debited from your account you can transfer money to phonepe an amount rs24095&11011/- in yesbank.at 4.00p.m &4.25p.m total amount of rs 85006/-debited from my sbi account.

Sir my phone pe wallet get deactivated and I can't get option to withdraw my amount from phone pe so plz sir kindly activate my phone pe wallet too carry my amount from it I not lost my 5000 rupees plz help sir

All these phone numbers are available on Phonepe and Paytm for receiving payments... They are active since 2016 and their all accounts are still active.
