PhonePe — banking transaction | |||
On 14th august at 1.17pm i have made a transfer of rs 40000 via phone pe app from my hdfc bank account (A/c no: [protected]) to my father's ubi bank account (A/c no:[protected] due to his medical emergency. But till now that debited amount not credited into my father's bank account. I have also discussed this matter to both of the parties phone pe as well as the receiver bank i. E. Ubi. Now, they are not trying to solve this problem quickly instead of they are blaming each other. Phone pe guys saying it's the issue of the receiver bank and the receiver bank i. E. Ubi saying it's the issue of phone pe app. Now, this is a very difficult situation for me as i am not able to transfer that amount to my father's bank account as there is a medical emergency. Kindly solve this problem asap, either transfer that amount to the receiver bank or reimburse my money into my bank account. This is a medical emergency, kindly help me.
