I have done credit card bill payment of rs. 9529 from phonepe on 25/09/2019 as upto rs.1000 cashback received after successful transaction payment mode upi.
In just 5 min received 3 cashback of 105, 105 and 93 as per term and conditions. Cashback received was also reflected in wallet also. Screenshot attached.
Check and credited cashback as soon as possible.
Today when i check phonepe wallet it shows only rs. 20. Cashback received of 303 was not reflected. I have put tickets also in help section it also provide same information that was at the time of bill payment. Screenshot attached.
Talk to customer executive durga and her senior both they told me this is because of technical issues. Even both don't know how to talk to customer. Actually technical issue is company's problem not mine. Customer don't know all these.
Rubbish executive i have ever face.
This seems that you people are cheating us and access our account any time without any information.
This is something ridiculous.
People are believing in your app and you people are cheating and this is like fraud you have done.
