cashback related complaint

Dear,

I have done credit card bill payment of rs. 9529 from phonepe on 25/09/2019 as upto rs.1000 cashback received after successful transaction payment mode upi.

In just 5 min received 3 cashback of 105, 105 and 93 as per term and conditions. Cashback received was also reflected in wallet also. Screenshot attached.

Check and credited cashback as soon as possible.

I got ₹555 cashback after scratching cards through their offer. But all of sudden phonepe deducted all my wallet amount of ₹555 without any reason. Kindly return the money please. Even phonepe withdrawn all my winning scratch cards from my account. How big thief they're.
Kindly resolve this issue and provide me the full amount.

    Today I have received a call to open your phonepe app, company gives you 4986 rs cashback. He instructed me click on phonepe history tab, where u receive a popup message, then click ok. I understand that it is a frads call. Then I open my phonepe, I really saw a popup messages on which 4986 rs will be deducted if I click yes by razorpay. I understand that in such type of frauds company must be involved, because without any involvement how can any body insert such type of popup and widtharl the money. I am QA in software company. So I can easily understand that it is frauds. But how any normal user understand that. So kindly take action against the company to ban the company by RBI.

      Dear sir,
      Here i am complaining about my airtel bill issue. I had done my payment on 26th of september 2019 at 10:18 am. The payment is debited on my yes bank card account to phonepe account but bharti airtel company still not received that amount just because of phonepe is a third party operater that is the reason my phone services is not working properly due to not submitted the airtel bill.
      Kindly take action on phone pe app and bharti airtel as well. I have lots of work through my phone but phone is not working, so thats why i am very much frustrated.
      Pls sought out my problem.

        This company has stoled my gold purchase and not returning my money. I have purchased good from phone pe two days ago and when now i am going to sell it on phone pe then it is not giving permission to sell it.

          My phone pe wallet balance on 28/09/2019 is 447rs but i order a a backcover from amazon and flipkart and i have chosen a payment through phone pe wallet the amount shows on phone wallet 0rs and in phone pe transiction summary the order which i placed shows failed and from my wallet the amount is deducted so how would i know where my money has gone?

            I had made a payment of rs.4500 for my hdfc credit card on 23rd of august, the amount got debited from my bank account but not credited to the credit card account. I have been calling the customer service regarding the same issue but they don't give proper response. I had been charged late payment fee for not paying my credit card bill on time & i still don't know where the money is. I'm done calling u people to sought out my issue regarding the same. Give a proper response at the earliest.

              I have phonepe account with no. [protected]. I am receiving notification that my phonepe account is blocked and when i contacted customer care they said that my account is blocked due to security reason. I have not done any such transaction that violates phonepe policies and i want my account to be unblocked as i have 3 pending transactions and 600 wallet balance in my phonepe.

                I am yash and i have phonepe account with phone no. [protected].
                I received a message from phonepe that there is an offer that when you will make payment to a merchant than you will receive some scratch cards. I made payment according to the rules and received some coupons and cashback in wallet. Next day phonepe blocked the cashback wallet and today they have blocked my phonepe account.

                When i contacted customer care they said that my account has been blocked due to security reasons and will not be reinstated. I wish to get it unblocked asap as i have no. Of transaction details in it which is needed to maintain accounts. Also, i made transactions according to policies as offer received by me. If the offer was fake then it is not my fault and why they have to block the account. It would be very kind to get it reinstated.

                  On[protected] i have transferred rs10000/- to my friends phonepe account fom my state bank of india (Sbi) account to andhra bank account and it shows transaction successful with transaction id p1909260140236341685548. But still now not credited to the receiver account. Contacted customer support of phonepe raised ticket no 71639423. Which is not yet resolved. Utr no is[protected]. But issue is till pending. Kindly look into the issue.

                      My account is blocked for unknown reasons and there is money available in my wallet and my bank account is linked with it.

                      Plz unblock it for some time to take my money back it's very important to me.

                      I have much importance of my money plz unblock my account to get my wallet money back and for some password recovery and i want to delete all the cards which are linked with my phone or account..

                          Amount is debited from sender sbi side but not credit in reciver side in phonepe app it shown transaction completed successfully but amount not still recive when asking to bank side they tell check with phonepe when asking to phonepe they tell to ask with bank but amount still not credit kindly take the step for my amount rupess 8000.                             Amount was debited from sbi account but not credited in reciver side but in phonepe app it shown amount credited succefully but still amount not credited 8000 rupees i already clarify with both bank but they side ask with phonepe app because it is third party app. But when asking to phonepe they tell me to check with bank.                                   I paid my 2 gas bills via phone pe and it showed payment successful. When i contacted igl (Gas provider) they said payment not received. It has been more that 10 days and no resolution has been given yet. I again contacted phonepe but phonepe hasn't showed any concern and not telling me where my money is?

                                  Both on 12 september 2109.
                                  I have contacted phonepe via support but my problem hasn't been resolved yet.
                                  Further who wll be responsible for late fee due to non payment of bills of gas??

                                  Complaint : I paid my axis bank credit card bill via phonepe on 13 sep 2019 well before due date. Due date for the bill was 16 September 2019. Phonepe confirmed me that payment is successful and amount was deducted from my account. After raising queries again and again about the payment of bill, phonepe mailed me that payment was successful and bill has been paid till 18 September 2019. But on 20 September 2019 phonepe send a message that the transaction has failed. It took 8 day to declare that transaction as failed. Because of this delay and neglegency from phonepe axis bank levied a fine of rs 261.74/-. I called bank as well they said we haven't received any payment till den. However i made fresh payment of my bill on 20 September 2019. But i was late as due date was 16 September 2019. I raised this issue in phonepe app. But they are not responding to it, Everytime they are just close my issue by stating it as resolved. My point is that phonepe should bear the late fee levied on me. Because it is due to delay by phonepe. It took 8 days by phonepe to declare that transaction as failed. And till 19 September 2019 phonepe was declaring the payment as successful. Please do needful at your end Regards Nitin gautam [protected]

                                  I am unable cancel train ticket booked through phonepe app.

                                  On 13th September I did a transaction but the money is still not credited to the merchant. Even after multiple follow ups the issue is not resolved.. customer care is not helping
                                  Not have not received my cashback and I have also given complaint against it but they are not responding for it from since 12 hours
                                  Amount has been deducted from my bank account and transaction got failed. And I've not received the deducted amount yet. I've faced such type of issue twice. And I've also not got my deducted amount previously.
                                  Kindly help me regarding the aforementioned problem.

Sir, on 17th july i transferred 6, 000 rupess to one of my freind in phonepe app sir person name (Mitra) i complained more than 15 times in bank and to phonepe more than 30 times and charge backed also.. No response please solve or else i'll file a charge sheet and will go legally in court sorry worst app to use sir. We are middle class family 6k is very big amount for us please im begging you please resolve this issue my mother was unhealthy we need urgent money please understand sir please we are begging you sir.
