To, Phonepe Sub-charge back for refund of rs3240. Sir, I want to inform you i am a phonepe user with mobile no. [protected] (Phonepe upi id: [protected]@ybl) I booked a raul ticket on 03.03.2019 of amount13220. I cancelled the ticket partialy on 06.03.2019, so the refund had been initiate on 06.03.19 but the amount has not been credit into my account till 18.03.2019. I contacted with phonepe support many times and shared the details of my account but not a perfect resolution provided by suport. Therefore, i request you to kindly look into the matter and refund as soon as possible. For this, i will always be obliged to you. I made a transaction 2000 ruppees on 16.03.2019 but this transaction was pending. I called customer.er care he said that the transaction completed in 3 working days but the 3 working days have been passed but the transaction did not complete.plz proceed it
