Problem-1- I am not able to use my wallet while transacting with the merchant or any shop. My wallet amount is always unused. Do the needful
Problem-2 many offers did not enable. I did not get any cashback while it is under the scheme. The last time one of the offers I got was that pay 100 or more rs and get 50 cashback before July 21 and I do the same but did not get the cashback. This is the problem at your site only.
Problem-3 I reload my phone pay wallet by 1000 and it has an offer that after every First auto-reload wallet I am getting 100 rs and after this 50 rs each till 6 auto-reload wallets. But to date, I am not getting a single penny.
This is all fake promotion done by phone pay to gullible the public. This kind of work distracts customers to use phone pay and use other applications like google pay, Paytm and amazon pay, etc…
Resolve those above matters and credit my cashback in my account ASAP otherwise, I will uninstall the app and will give negative feedback on the public platform as well.Now the choice is yours
