        Respected sir,
        My phonepe number is [protected].

        My complaint is i have already paid a electricity bill amount Rs 1004/- on 26.07.2021 6.46 pm. Transaction id -T2107261849011192296701 and my balance deducted from my bank account but bill payment failed (bill not paid) and till not(today) my balance not credited in my bank account.

        So, please resolve my problem and refund my balance in my bank account.

Screen short attached, amount rs 4500/- debited from my axis bank ac link with phone pay mob no [protected], but amount rs 4500/- still not credited into receipient.             I have received a call today stating that I have received cash back on my phone pay, and asked me to open my account to receive the same. When I opened my account there was a request to pay 4990 rupees, I denied and cut the call. This is the number +[protected] and person name is monu jha.

              Last month I transfer 5078 any to my friend and the amount debited from my account but my friend didn't get the amount.. we wait 24 hrs but still he didn't received he checked his account and bank statements but 5078 amt not showing... we raised complaint, call, massaged, email but didn't got the satisfy response

                                It's been a week I have purchased Sony Liv gift card for a year.
                                That Gift Card is not having PIN No. and I am constantly approaching the team but it is of no use.

                                I request the PhonePe Team to bear the losses that I encountered and either resolve the issue or just refund me the amount

                                    I have made the payment on apr13 2021 to Merchant village supermarket, Akshay Nagar, DLF road, bangalore. After the confirmation with phonepe i have informed the details to merchent that they are received the payment, But they are not giving back the money to me. Phonepe customer support is not helping me on this? What i can do on this?

                                        On 11/Jul/2021, i had purchased an rs.1000 uber gift card (Transaction id: N2107111200534759042639) from phonepe app, which gave out validity till 11/Jul/2022. When i tried to redeem it on uber application it clearly declined stating "gift code is invalid". I tried raising an ticket with phonepe support but it isn't responding. I tried to find the online number to call them but no avail. My 1000 rs is lost hence.
