While, I was transferring a money through a BarCode to a restaurant, suddenly the payment has been failed and amount has been debited, but the owner didnt get the money to his account and not showing in my wallet also. Its been done before 2 days. For a normal person, he has to use that money for somewhere for his personal purpose.Till now money has not refunded.

I've paid credit card bill of Rs 66, 000/- INR to card ending with xx01 on 06-sep-2021, but when i checked with phonepe, they provided status as amount paid to card ending with xx79. which is completely incorrect. UI showing one card number and bot showing different card number. I tried to reach out to call Centre for 3 times, as soon as i explained the issue, they will go on mute for min and disconnect the call. chat support is not responsive. i feel this to be addressed on top priority because this is completely either technical error or fraud transaction.

4 Aug mr THEIVARAJ, a/c no[protected] transferred rs 1000 in my account through phone pay app. It was successful and credited to my account, then after sometimes it was debbited immediately showing upi/rev in statement and it was not credited to his account. And on connecting to customer care sbi they told to contact to upi service provider through which the transfer made and on connecting phone pay customer care they told me that transfer was successful and afterwards what happend we do not know.
2 days has been passed and money has not been credited to any of the account.
Please provide the solution.

I had requested for my wallet closure hence I opted for withdrawal of money and the service team told me it would take 3 days to complete the same and after the 4th day if I raise an issue they tell me to wait for another 3-4 days. Please transfer it asap as it's an emergency.

I purchased ticket in irctc through phone pe account. My money 871.80 rs has been deducted from bank account but ticket is not confirmed by irctc. They told bank confirmation is pending at the time of booking because of that reason ticket not booked. I tried to contact with phone pe customer care but not reachable. Someone from mobile number [protected] call me and said you won 5000 rs from phonepe i said okk how will i get money he said open phonepe he sent me payment request of 5000 and said click on pay then you will get otp when you insert it then you will get 5000rs in your account he thought i am illitrate i didnt know meaning of pay ...i requesting you please take some strict action against this number otherwise many phonepe user didnt know and stucked in this phishing scam
