PhonePe — Customer care executive misbehaviour

My name is nitin kumar . I have transferred 5000 amt through phonepe by Sbi account but amount got struck .phonepe i got message that it will take 3 days .i waited for 6 days and called to customer care .i talked to manish kumar from best bengal .he told me that i should again transfer 5000rs to my receiver freshly .previous amount will refund with 3 days dontt worry he said. But my receiver dint recieve my amount so i asked manish kumar where did u sent my amount..already 5000 not recovered again 5000 where did amount u transferred.manish kumar talked very badly saying r u educated and some words in hindi.. iam asking my previous amount got stuck again wantedly 5000 rs where manish kumar transferred
