PhonePe — Customer care not supportive to take action on fraud cyber crime

I had my a payment via PhonePe to Bharatpe merchant (BHARATPE.[protected]@indus)
That person told me he ll be giving service once advance payment is done. I have made the advance payment and that person has blocked me. I have been trying to contact PhonePe customer support from past 5 days still no response. I have lost my ₹2000 because of PhonePe not supporting me. Or talking any quick action on cyber crime.
