I booked the ticket through phone pe IRCTC app on 02August2019.
Journey date : 12 August 2019
From RJY to SBC (Sheshadri Exp 17210)
After chart prepared, the status of the ticket is RAC.
I wanted to cancel the ticket but not getting cancel option in phonepe IRCTC app.
I have only file TDR option available in phonepe IRCTC app.
Before 2 hours starting the train only I filed TDR.

ISSUE : I contacted to phonepe customer support and irctc customer care also. Nobody gave proper reply.
Irctc customer care replied, there was no registration for TDR for the ticket. Phonepe customer care replied, there was registration for TDR before 2hours of train departure and collect the information from IRCTC. But next time phonepe replied, RAC also after chart prepare user not getting refund amout.
But as per IRCTC rule, after chart prepare also for RAC tickets user can apply TDR before 2hours of the train departure.

Attached screenshot also for reference. How phonepe customer care suppor t people check the IRCTC ticket cancellation for RAC tickets.
If I book the train ticket in phonepe IRCTC app, they only should take care the refund and other cancellations. Because I am not getting the cancellation and file TDR options in IRCTC rail app. Only get option in phonepe IRCTC app only.
Now If I ask again to phonepe customer support, they are telling like - we don't have information in database, so we can't do anything.
