    I have transfered ₹1000 through phonepe to a friend account. But the transaction was failed, money successfully debitted from my bank. After 10 days phonpe says transaction got successfully credits to receiver account, but the receiver bank still didn't confirmed deposit.. So contacted phonepe through chat support and voice support no one was gave a proper resolution or a reply they still states it's all bank of india bank's fault. Till a date the money is not credited to receiver account. Phonepe is not doing anything. I need a positive response please help.

      I made transaction of 9693 rs. On jan 10. Many was debited from my account but not reached till 2nd party. That was emi installment. I am getting charged for late payment as well as i have to arrange for repayment. If this is accessible to any one responsible from phon pay team please tell me y should pay fine charge if mistek is yours. I will request you to please look into it and do something, i am using phone pay since beginning. Please help your loyal users.

          This person making frauds through olx adds creating with different locations and different user names with help of katereddy syam kumar who are making publicity for themselves as they are working in indian army and they have furniture to sell due their transfers.

          On 8th and 9th january i had deal with this people on furniture about 20, 000 inr and they gave phonepe mobile number +[protected]
          To transfer amount and i paid as per the deal. After one day i got know this is fraud team and making frauds and scams by using indian army profile pictures and names through olx and asking money to pay through phonepe

          I kindly request to phonepe advise bank address details that connected to this phone number [protected], name - mukul kumar srivastava.

          In olx user the name called as katreddy syam kumar working as indian army aircraftman confirmed that 20, 000 deal for the furniture. He told that he is working in indian army not possible to meet and not allow other people in army premises. He ask me to pay 5, 000 advance and through phonepe and balance can be pay after receiving the goods this is initial deal, but next day he ask me to pay 11, 550 for indian army sleeping charges to deliver goods as this is indian army rule, hence i believed and paid as he is an indian army person. And after one hour again he call and ask me to pay balance 3, 450. I paid this amount also. Total paid 20, 000 (5000+11, 550+3450). But goods not received, when i call him evening about goods status, he asks to pay again 15, 550. Which is security deposit can be refund. Then i said no this is not the deal. All this happens 8th & 9th january 2020 in visakhapatnam.

          I am writing this complaint about there are fraud users in olx. How do we found them?
          Infact there is team and group of people in india doing this type of anti-social activates in society and misleading the people using technology. This incident has been happened in visakhapatnam.

          When i was investigated about this fraud all these mobile numbers registered in rajasthan and uttar pradesh telecom circle. But they are operating with visakhapatnam address in olx.

          These are the mobile numbers for this team. Save this numbers as fraud in your phones for identification.

            Sir i do my fees payment through phone pe on 13 jan 2020 nearly at 9:00 am. The amount of rupees 1950 had been deducted from my bank account but not credited to the merchant hence my fees is not payed. The transaction id is ihdfe95cd74947da40b0abb9abcc70dd573f. I call the sbi customer care but said this is third party app and contact to the site from where you do payment. So please resolve this issue.               On 10th of january 2020 i did a transaction of rs.1413.36 from phonepe app.
              The transaction was failed but the total amount of rs. 1413.36 was deducted through my bank account.
              I contacted my bank and phonepe about this issue but got no help from anyone.
              Bank service just repeated everytime its not our mistake you contact phonepe and phonepe just repeated same thing to contact bank about this.
              I am in a big loop now
              Please help me.

                I made payment of icici credit card rs. 4597.00 through phonepay from sbi saving account no. [protected] on 10th sept.'2019 but due to oversight i wrongly mentioned credit card no. [protected] instead of [protected]. I have been informed by icici bank that wrongly mentioned credit card no. Does not belong to anybody, hence this payment was not received by icici bank. Sbi is saying that payment was made to phonepay and phonepay is saying that payment was made to icici. I have personally visited to sbi home branch & icici bank as well as i made several phone calls to phonepay but no one is giving proper response where is my money? Please assist me to get my money bank to my sbi account and oblige.

                    I transfered an amount of rs 970 through phone pe upi transaction on 4 jan 2020 the amount was debited from my bank account but has not been transfered to the recievers bank account firstly the transaction was pending but even after it showed successful still the amount has not been credited to reciever and is not even refunded to me and phone pe helpdesk says that they have confirmation that amount has been credited. Pls resolve this problem.

                              I have earlier uploaded rs 10, 000 from one debit card in order to transfer it in my bank account. But now it says that i can't transfer it in bank account due to non full kyc.
                              I live imn mumbai, still facing this problem. Kindly help me to either trasnfer it in my bank account or help to make my account full kyc complient.

                                On 26th of december i did a transaction of rs.9893 from phonepe app.
                                The transaction was failed but the total amount of rs. 9893 was deducted through my bank account.
                                I contacted my bank and phonepe about this issue but got no help from anyone.

                                  I had to send ₹40000 to relatives in my hometown and decided to do that through phonepe on 31st december 2019. ₹40000 has been deducted from my sbi account but the amount was not credited in the receivers account which is in axis bank. The customer service has been no help and both banks said the money is with the phonepe and they can do nothing about it. I’m totally stuck here with no help plus the phonepe customer service are rude and pathetic. This is my last hope and the money i needed to sent was for emergency purpose. Please help me as soon as possible

                                    Hello, On 31st Dec recharge amount of 199 is got deducted from my axis bank account, but the message shown is not deducted on the phonePE. However the recharge is also not successful. I tried to contact the customer care too. But failed. PLease help me. I followed all the instructions given by the PhoenPe

                                      My name srinivas gurram. My friend sent money by phonepe about 40000 on 31/12/2019. I got notification message but amount not credited in my account. My utr id :[protected]
                                      And my transaction id : p1912311149598646557220.
                                      Till now amount not credited in my account. Please rectify problem as soon as possible. My registered mobile no [protected]

                                        My account number with icici is[protected]. I had done a transaction of rs3666 on 31st to my axis bank account [protected]. The transaction shows successful from phone pay and amount is deducted from my icici account however it is not credited to my axis account. Transaction id is p1912311217592942046879. I have already shared the screenshot of my account balance to icici bank. Amd i am not getting any help through phonepe.
