Yesterday (27/11/2019), i transferred rs.2000 from my bank account to other bank account using phonepee.
Money got deducted, transaction was marked successfull, but not received by receiver's bank.
When i contacted phonepee support, i just got an automated reply saying that receiver bank has confirmed the receipt of amount and asked me to check transaction logs of receiver account, which clearly shows no transaction like this happened.
PhonePe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
