Hi,

I booked the ticket through phone pe IRCTC app on 02August2019.
Journey date : 12 August 2019

From RJY to SBC (Sheshadri Exp 17210)

After chart prepared, the status of the ticket is RAC.

I wanted to cancel the ticket but not getting cancel option in phonepe IRCTC app.

I have only file TDR option available in phonepe IRCTC app.

I am unable to withdraw money from wallet it says offline kyc not available. As per phonepe, they don't have offline kyc available currently it makes my money stuck in the wallet.

Amount is in 4 figures and i cannot withdraw any money.
It's been more than 4 days and i am stuck.

Kindly look in to it or let me know the way file complaint with omdudsman.
PhonePe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Its about the phone pay service. Paype cheat to customets in refund case. Always deduct cashback amount from total amount. When you asked for total amount they told its our policy. They cheated and abuse by agents when asking the question about this redeculous policy.

Suggest to no one use this app.
A number -[protected] ... Call me to receive cash back of rs- 2599via phonepe they requsting to pay money n they tild that i recieved cash back u want to get thn pay... I safe my self from this type of call n fake cash back offers .

    I am trying to book a ticket on 21/11/2019 ticket not booked but balance deducted from my bank Rs 5241.53 . Whenever i call regarding this to customer service excutive told me i will get information refund regarding before 28 nov but nothing response has been given by them till this time.
    Today i have done a transfer of15000 from phone pe to bob bank account the transection is success and money is debited from my account but not credited in recivers bank account

      Hello, i have paid for wood traders around 50, 000 inr & the amount was debited from my sbi account and the transaction was failed.

      How to get the money back, from yesterday i am trying to reach customer support and was in to the bank and they said with 3rd party processing we cant help.

      Is phonepe was not safe to send money?

      I trying to contact the support, but no proper reply from their side. Pl help

        I send money to receiver with transaction id:-p1912021711192910430759 and money got deducted from my account, but receiver has not received yet.
        Transaction pending with message "your payment has reached the receiver's bank. The bank should transfer the money to receiver's account with in two working days. Don't worry, your money is safe".

        Please resolve the issue

          Rupees 1000 were sent to me and it showed that the amount of money was updated on phonepe app and the transaction was declared successful.

          But when i checked my balance the money was still not credited as it was not showing the money. While it shows transaction success from the sender's side.

          I also took a mini statement of my account by it does not show any such transaction.

          Please help quickly.

          we already discuss the bank manager. manager told with me we are not responsibility phone pay transaction. So we can not raise any online complaint or charge create back. Phone pay only responsibility on this matter.So, please back my money my account early.

            There was a inr 100 transaction made using phone pe. The money was deducted from my account but was not received by the payee.

            I raised a ticket for this and the customer support responded that : the transaction status will be confirmed after 2 working days.

            This is the second time this issue has happened.
            My issue with this transaction is that if there is certain issue with the banks the transaction shouldn't have been initiated in the first place.

            Another thing is that when i asked for account deletion, then they told that only logging off is possible. Account can be deleted. This is completely a violation of customer's private data.

            I have booked a train ticket through phonepe amount deducted and sgowed me ticket is booked but ticket is not booked and on reachingstation i came to know money deducted and ticket status is not bookedi have to give 1600 rs for tatkal ticket after boarding instead of 670 amount how is responsi le fir my liss

              They are cheating people as they accept money in wallet but when i try to transfer to my bank account it says that an offline kyc should be done i had already done a digital kyc, i was trying to recharge my mobile through the wallet, i cannot even do that. Its a trick of phone pe to accumulate money. Why they accepted the wallet transfer if it is frozen due to offline kyc requirement. The amount is rs. 500 but they are cheating people. I tried calling their customer care but no one picks up the call.

              With reference to Transaction ID: N1910142214081981267553 on date 14/10/2019 time 10:14 pm transaction was made to pay electricity bill Rs. 1634, transaction was failed but money was deducted from bank, but it was not refunded till date. Please do the needful for the refund

                I have booked a ticket in sugama bus in their official website on 30 nov 2019 via phonepe app. The price of the ticket was 974.02inr. While processing the ticket booking, ticketsimply showed an error and i submitted the pay button again. The transaction was successful the second time using bitla software. However, the money is deducted twice, and both are successful transactions.
                Kindly help me to get refund.

                  He said that you won 2200 rupees in your phone pay wallet...
                  And he ask me about my a/c information and UPI pin when i refused him to give my all personal information
                  He abused me and talk to me like uneducated person
                  So please take action against him as soon as possible and inform me......

                  Money debited but not credited in other bank account, please verify and credit the amt-1000/- as soon as possible, as it is uregnt for the other person to pay the bill for the same, so need to have appropriate amount into the account as there is insufficient amt available into the account for no transaction credited into the same persons account, so need appropriate help and will request you send and do the transaction of the same as soon as possible.

                    Payment mode : [credit card - 140.98] + [phonepe wallet - 9.02]

                    The said transaction has failed on phonepe. However, credit card payment of 140.98 has been claimed by the merchant on 18th nov 2019 (Via credit card ref no = [protected]).

                    I have raised multiple tickets to resolve this. However, it looks like phoepe is another scam. I will request you to please help me in this regard. Also, fine the phonepe merchant.

                      I have booked flight ticket from phone and unfortunately my flight got cancelled from airline side and they have refund full amount to the booking vender (Phonepe — makemytrip) but while phonepe refunded the amount to me, they have deducted 507 rupees while there is no cancellation charge. I have been following it up for more than 2 months but no resolution.

                        Yesterday (27/11/2019), i transferred rs.2000 from my bank account to other bank account using phonepee.
                        Money got deducted, transaction was marked successfull, but not received by receiver's bank.
                        When i contacted phonepee support, i just got an automated reply saying that receiver bank has confirmed the receipt of amount and asked me to check transaction logs of receiver account, which clearly shows no transaction like this happened.

                          Yesterday my father (advocate) got call from a person named Manjeet fauji who told that he has a new case for my father and he will pay the money from phonepe but as my father don't use phone pay he told that person to send money in my phonepe account I talked to him and he said he is a Army official and that the process of paying from Army merchant machine is a little different so he first send me 10 rupees which first I have to pay then I will get 20 rupees which means I got overall 10 rupees then he said he will now send me 10000 which first I have to pay as a request came from cashfree at Yes Bank but I didn't pay that amount and I told him you cannot fool me and then he told me that yes in reality he is a fraud and he also talk to me nicely and insisted me me to not tell this to anyone so that he don't have to change his number I told him yes and asked how much does he earn by doing this he told me[protected] per month. And today when I give a miss call his number is active currently so I think if you guys will try I then we can trace that fraud and we can save many peoples from losing money so please take this matter seriously

                            Yesterday (November 25th, 2019), i transferred rs.6000 from my bank account to other bank account using phonepe.
                            Money got deducted, transaction was marked successfull, but not received by receiver's bank.
                            When i contacted phonepe support, i just got an automated reply saying that receiver bank has confirmed the receipt of amount and asked me to check transaction logs of receiver account, which clearly shows no transaction like this.

                            I had booked a train from roorkee to NDLS using ixigo and paid via phonepe. The transaction id is C1910162115387587209239 in phonepe. ixigo denies recieving the amount. The trip id is IXITR[protected] in ixigo. Kindly clear it and pay it to ixigo so that i can get my money back.

                                Sir this is vamsi sai. On 25th november 2019 i have made a transaction of 2000 rs to my friend but it was failed and money was debited from my account and receiver didn't received money. According to my bank statement it is showing that money was debited and receiver didn't received money. I contacted my bank they are saying that it is responsible for phone pe only and told me that contact them and requested complaint regarding this but no response. So kindly solve my problem as early as possible.

                                  Sir on 25th november 2019 i have made a transaction of 2000 rs to my friend. But it was failed and money was debited from my account and receiver didn't received money. According to my bank status money was debited from my account and the receiver didn't received money. Sir please either refund the money into my account or transfer the money into receiver. I also contacted my bank but they are saying that please contact your phone pe contacter. Sir please solve my problem as early as possible
