PhonePe — Fastag Account not credit the debited bank balance | |||||
I recharged my fastag on 12th dec 2020 account via PhonePe for sbi fastag recharge of amount of 250/- and 300/- but none of the transactions got credited to the Fastag account whereas Phonepe has given the both UTR nos. for the same transaction with the message of transaction Successful. I want the refund of the debited amount which has got not credited to fastag account. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I recharged my fastag on 15th dec 2020 account via PhonePe for sbi fastag recharge of amount of 500/- but the amount is not credited to the Fastag. I received a message for successful transaction.

I recharged my fastag on 8th August 2021 account via PhonePe for sbi fastag recharge of amount of 500/- but the transactions did not got credited to the Fastag account whereas Phonepe has given the UTR number for the same transaction with the message of transaction Successful.
I want the refund of the debited amount which has not got credited to fastag account.
