I did transaction on dec 1st 2020, Due to some technical amount debited from my account but not credited to reciver.

Dear sir,

This is to inform you that i have made a payment on 11/11/2020 to one of my friend.
but later he told me that his number was not linked with phonepe instead his number is linked with google pay account.

but the transaction was completed from my end. i have talked with phonepe customer care executive as per their information i need to raise to complaint to bank or UPI to get my refund.

Dear phone pay team my payment not received my cridet card I have all reddy done payment 28/11/20 but my account not received payment where are you my payment

I recharged my fastag on 12th dec 2020 account via PhonePe for sbi fastag recharge of amount of 250/- and 300/- but none of the transactions got credited to the Fastag account whereas Phonepe has given the both UTR nos. for the same transaction with the message of transaction Successful.
I want the refund of the debited amount which has got not credited to fastag account....

I have received a call from the phonepe then he send me a notification when I click on this notification then my 4999 ruppe debited

Very disgusting about phone that amount is deducting from the account and it is refunding after 2 or more than 2 days. Payment T2012111651382193905044. The amount is required immediately and phone pe team is disgusting on responding and refunding.
This has happened repeatedly. I need an immediate refund.

I have been received a phone call regarding cashback he had been sent link to pay money it has been deducted from my account

Sub:- amount deducted in my account but not credit to receiver account.

As regarding above subject on 26.11.2020 I made a payment to another person of rupees 3, 500.00 in a phonepe application. The 3, 500.00 amount is deducted in my account but it not credit to receiver account even my amount is not yet refunded to me. It's already 10 days were completed were by this issue..
I raise the complaint to phonepe application concerned person they confirmed that it not a application issue is a bank issue…
Please take my complaint as a serious issue and solve the problem.. please transfer the amount immediately to my account.

After transferring 10, 000 rupees to phonepe wallet, i am unable to use the amount though the ekyc is completed. Even when trying to re-do the kyc the app says "e-kyc services are temporarily unavailable". On calling the customer care and they are unable to provide the solution I have also raised the ticket but no update till now
The customer care person is unable provide clear answers nor able to connect with higher officer to give proper resolution. They are saying that they cannot give anytime line to have the problem resolved.

We have transferred money through Phonepay UPI payment on dated 10 Nov 2020 For the amount of 15000/- Rs. But after 30 days left but not transferred money from Receiver Bank.showing successfully transferred but not transferred money.I am number of times contact to sbi home branch, Cms complaint, Bhim app., Phonepay complaint noted but not anyone properly answer and not helpful to me. So I requested to you please resolved my issues as possible as soon.

I Had a transaction of rupees 1100/- with phonepe application dated 08/10/2020 . transaction is failed but payment deducted from my bank account and i have called so many times on customer care but didn't get satisfactory response.its allready 2 month gone i have registered my complain but my payment is not refunded . kindly look into this matter and solve this problem as soon as possible .
