PhonePe — for failed transaction phonepe is not giving refund (transaction id :- p1810102216053596248561) | |||
Transaction is failed but till today i am not receiving refund. Transaction id :- p1810102216053596248561 Pnonepe said that transaction is failed so please contact to your card provider bank then we were contacting bank. On 13th march 2019, indian overseas bank replied that your transaction is succesfully done please take up with phonepe for refund. Phonepe replied that, transaction is older than 60 days so phonepe will not be able to raise this concern with the bank/internal teams due to a timeframe restriction. Both indian overseas bank & phonpe was not took responsibility for the refund. Was this information helpful? | |||
