PhonePe — fraud transaction complaint through phonepe app

I am an authorized PhonePe user, I have uploaded a advertisement for selling Exercise Machine on Olx App through which one person named Sandeep Chauhan has connected to me for purchasing the product on 20th Nov 2019 around 10:50 AM. The person was ready to purchase and he mention to do transaction on PhonePe App instead of cash. He told me that I am sending a screenshot of QR code on your whatsapp number. He has sent the QR code on my whatsapp number. He has mentioned that once you scan the QR code the amount of RS. 5000 as per the deal will be credited to you on your registered bank. But instead of crediting to my account it got debited from my account. I have mention the same to that person then again he mention that some issue has happened and scan the qr code you will receive money but again it got deducted from my account. The total amount of Rs 20000 got deducted from the account. I realized that the person is doing fraud we had a lot of discussion about returning the money but he refused completely.

Later I came across a screenshot shared by the Fraud person which is having some other number of the person named Arien Shiva who is also the victim of such type of transaction. I realized that there is a group of person who are doing this activity andf fooling people.

I have contacted to my bank customer care and phonePe customer care immediately on the same but they all refused that they cant help in this case. I have filed a complaint in Cyber Crime Cell.

I have the upi id of the fraud person and contact number.

He has asked me again to make the transaction on paytm to get your money back so I got his another number. Initially, he has asked to do Rs 1 transaction and he has mention that transaction will got failed and you will get money on Paytm. The same has happened so later he asked to do the same for 5000 Rs. and so on. I waqs not at all aware of that it has fraud the time I realized my money has gone.

Requesting you to take immediate action on the same as this has happened within many people.

I have transfer rs 11238/- three times by phonepe app as on 01 Oct 2019, but transaction fail two times and one time success.Same amount deduct two time from my account and still amount not credit my account. So please as soon as possible above mentioned amount credit my account at the earliest please.

Amount transfer to another account Rs11238/- . I have transaction three times but transaction showed two times fail and one time success. But same amount deduct from my account two time.
