We have to check full talktime offer by phonpe app

There validity this amount recharge 100, 500, 1000, 5000 for na means unlimited,,

But vodafone company is say i don't have any plane of this time

For full talktime maximum validity only 28 day

So why doing illegal work by phonepe

I am going to take actions...

This is to inform you that till date i have not received my cashback amount 125 against order no.S1911081153559504676973 on dated 8th nov 2019.I have already attached screen shot and every think but i have not received any gud or genuine response from your side. Every time your executive given the copy past answer.
My all friend and relative received the cashback for same day and same offer.

Kindly check into the matter...

Phone pe has blocked my account for no reason and i have invested 15000 in safe gold through phone pe app i need that money urgently please help me and resolve it as soon as possible i am in need of that money
There is no reason to block my phone pe account but they are telling to wait till 11 of november 2019 but i need to pay my college fee so please resolve this issue....

I made payment sent through phonepe app but not credit to recipient (I. E. Mother dairy booth no. 746, chetak complex, dilshad garden, delhi-95. I want to delete my phonepe account as i no longer wish to use the service.
I called them and to delete the account they said that the account cannot be deleted but only my wallet can been closed and for that too i need to have some amount in the phonepe wallet it seems. Why should i add my card again and add money to the wallet which i want to delete.

I have paid rbl credit card payment through phoepe using upi by 31st october 2019 amount 11401.00. I got two message one successfull and than failure. But money already deducted from my account. Than i have paid credit card payment again from direct rbl site. Please revert my amount asap. Already 8 days gone. My transaction id :

I ordered a dominos pizza on 5nov 2019 .the offer applied successful through phonePe app but my cashback didn’t come and i called customer executives on that day and i send him a screenshot of that offer and he said that offer will be provided to u but next day i called again they said t&c are not fulfilled but offer applied on the app but they refused to give me cashback and the amount is 150 i want refund that amount...

Its been 2 months i have changed my mobile number and i have updated the same in my bank accounts. The new number is now successfully linked to all my accounts, credit cards and all (I have cross verified with my bank customer care).

Customer transferred 600/- by our QR code on[protected], attatched Phone pay business screen shot is clearly showing TXSCAN191102132542962135848 at sat nov 02 2019 1:26pm and also showing completed. but amount is not recd in our bank account. our bank statement from 2-11-19 till todate 5-11-19 is also attatched for your confirmation. It is to intimate for action that on 4.11.2019 at 5.57 pm, wrong transaction of rs.5000/= has been occurred through phonepe from my sbi account no.[protected].
In this regard i contacted to customer care phonepe n sbi but both have refused to help me. Phonepe customer care said that contact concerned sbi branch they will do we can not take action for refund n sbi customer care said that it is matter related to phonepe....

I had done a transaction twice to pay flipkart paylater due amount of 1700 on 9oct and 10oct on both transaction amount were debited from my account the first transaction was not reach to flipkart due to technical issue as told by flipkart customer care on 9th october after inquiry i had done another transaction on 10oct through phonepe, since the i suppose to get a refund of smount both flipkart and phone pe are denying to give me payment...

This is Anil, I did one wrong transaction using phonepe UPI to my friend mobile number

But it's my friend old mobile number, he is not using that one right now but still that phonepe account was on his name only and someone using in Karnataka

I tried to call so many times but they are saying it's a normal mobile(keypad basic mobile), they are not using phonepe, and they don't know account...

Ticket id is 71303973.
First the money got deducted by the phonepe account but the e-commerce site has declined the transaction.
Then i have done the payment using another wallet.
I've contacted that e-commerce site also regarding this transaction, they've told me that they refunded back the full amount of 2064.41rs to the phonepe account a month back, but this phonepe is not responding anything to me.
Not giving...

Mr om prakash mishra has sent rs.2000 through phonepe on 13/10/2019 to my sbi bank account [protected] in the name of ram anugrah pandey. Phonepe has sent only messege on my mobile no. Of deposite of rs. 2000/-. But no such amonunt has been credited in my account till date. Please do the needful as soon as possible otherwise i will be constraned to take legal action against you....

One of person cheated me through phone pay by sending qr code for the payment of his purchase but my account got debitted after scaning his qr code.
Qr code is enclosed in the attachment.

Request you to please take action against enclosed qr account number and also request you to refund the same amount back to my account on priorirty.
Else i will lodge customer consumer complaint against this fraud....

On 12.10.2019 2 nos of fund transfer of rs.99800/- (Rs.50000/- & 49800/-) is done from corporation bank to icici bank, but amount transferred to wrong account no.[protected] & ifsc code - icic0000252 (Correct ac no.[protected] & ifsc code - icic0000252), only change of last digit, the amt has transferred to wrong account and requested to reverse the transactions please.

I transferred 5000rs to another account on 22-10/2019, and today date is 29/10/2019 but phone pe shows your transaction is failed but 5000 deducted from my bank account and the receiver didn't receive any amount, i complaint to the phone about that problem and phonepe customer said that your amount will be refunded under[protected] but the time was took longer than expected.

On 27 October i make a transaction of rs 1500 to BOI account. Amount deducted from my account but receiver account not received the amount yet. On 27 October phonepe show status is pending but today status changed to successful transaction
Please help.
I complaint to phonepe customer care two times but they not respond properly if the transaction is successful then why receiver account didn't credit yet

In two transactions, i was trying to pay for orders in phonepe,
Suddenly app didn't responded and amount deducted.

Third party apps customer care person replied that amount refunded. But phonepe customer care not responded properly in one case.

Automated replies from phonepe are irritating and irresponsible answers for a period of a week and said that the issue was resolved....
