Dear sir/madam. Today i need to travel to bangalore. So i book a ticket from kabaka puttur to ksr bangalore from irctc and paid amount using phonepe. This is not user friendly app. My phone pe account number is [protected] already debited my money but not credited it to irctc. And in their app it's mentions like if not booked refund initiated within 3 days. I need to go for bangalore today. If not booked means why they debited the amount.

This is happened same for me. Once i paid money to a hotel. But but credited from my app and not successful. After 3 days its credited to hotel.

How can i eat food. These peoples playing with us.

    I had transfer 5000/- on 21th nov 2019 through phonepe to my nephew's account, my transaction is successful and amount had been deducted from my sbi bank account but it is not credited to my nephew's account which is at sbi bank.

    Phone pe customer service saying that we can't help please visit your bank... After visiting my bank they saying that contact phone pe service...

    What should i do... Please help

    Today unable to login in phone pe account, showing unknown error, internal server error etc, forget password also not working... even after reinstall of the app same problem observed

      Yesterday i have transferred rs.5000/- to [protected] punjab and sind bank a/c, delhi transaction also successful. But till not credited to the receiver account. Contacted customer support of phone pe and raised ticket no[protected]. But today i checked the ticket status it was resolved.. Transaction no (P1911201328356769531134). But issue is till pending. Kindly look into the issue

        My money got debited from my account but it showed that purchase has failed.I didn't receive my uc not did I got any refund.Please either give me uc in pubg mobile or refund my money.

        I contacted in game customer support but haven't got a reply.
        I also mailed pubg support and didn't get a reply.
        Please solve the problem ASAP.

          Phonepe is still processing my complaint against a disputed transaction which was done on 4th nov 2019. I approached the concerned bank in this regard, but it seems there is no use from their side.

          This transaction i was did using upi gateway thinking that it is easy and hassle free.. But its became a hassle for me.

              I have received a message from phone pay that money is returned then tell me when will i refund my money. From phone pay one massage has sent that money will return within 7-9 working days. Kindly tell me the actual date when i will receive.

                I made a payment amounting to rs.1500/- on 5th october through phonepe. The transaction id provided by phone pe for the transaction is n[protected] against the bill for landline no. [protected] (Airtel). I may be informed that the amount has not been credited to my landline bill even after one and a half months. Repeated inquiries have not been successful and i have repeatedly been told to approach airtel and not phone pe. It is not clear to me as why should i approach airtel when i have made payment to phone pe who should own the responsibility for the transaction to reach its destination. I may request you to either resolve the matter, trace the missing amount and send it to its destination or tell me clearly that you are not interested in resolving the issues as it appeared from earlier replies.in that, i shall have to stop using your app in the future.

                  I made a transaction of 2000 to my teacher in june 2019. Transaction was successful and money was deducted from my account but it was not credited to my teacher's account. Now when i came to know about this in november and called the customer care of phone pe, she said that this transaction is more the 4 months old so she cant do anything in this case. At the same time since this money was deducted through my sbi account registered...

                  I m phone pe user phone no [protected]. Phone pe has been running a scam n fooling people with fake offers where no money /scratch card gets credited. I received an offer where in if i scan n pay at any shops i will receive scratch card, mentioning any merchant (not explaining merchants registered with phone pe). There is no exclusion mentioned about users not considered merchants in T&C clearly?? I HAVE ASKED PHONE PE TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT PHONE PE REFUSED TO DO IT. Phone PE is selling my personal confidential info to telemarketers that i am getting calls for credit card, personal loans etc. How do these ppl know my phone no registered with PhonePe?? I have sent 700+ emails to Phone Pe support but i only get copy+paste response not sure if its answered by humans!
                  I demand compensation and delete my profile and proof of the same.

I recently downloaded the phonepe app. Today[protected] a call came to me as from phonepe where they unknowingly deducted money from me of 600 amount. I have no idea what they told and taken the money. I am student. Please i kindly request you to help me from this situation. Please help me in refunding my money.

                    PhonePE should be officially named as "FRAUD PE" and customer support should be called "FRAUDPE SUPPORT"!!
                    Please note PhonePe uses personal info such as phone no and bank account linked details with telemarketers!! You will start getting calls for loans and credit cards for the no you registered on Phone Pe!! Deleted phone Pe from your phone to safegaurd your info and demand phone pe to delete from their database!
                    Keep track of your bank account as they deduct money from your bank account directly, remember they ask permission to read SMS, this is NOT SAFE!!

                          my name is jitender kumar my account number is [protected] my contact number is [protected] yesterday some person has called me and said me that he is my buyer and he wants to transfer the money via phonepe app and i have received one popup in the phonepe app with a bell icon where it has been written that you will received the payment by clicking on bell icon and after there it has been written that press that pay button and you will received the payment in your account and the same i have did i have not received any deduction my from bank and he said the payment got failed so that press that bell icon till the payment you received in your account and i have did the same thing after one day means on 12 november 2019 i have received a message from my bank that 1 lakh 60 thousand has been deducted to my bank after that i have contacted to the branch of my bank they said my phone has been hacked by that person that i why i have not received any message from the bank .Kindly please help me and refund my whole money because i am a small vendor and this is my hard earning i request you to please help me in this and refund my whole amount of money back .

                              This amount i was sending to my brother for his study purpose.
                              I don't know how to solve this problem whether i file case against this phone pay user or something else i don't know very well. Please do something.

On 2nd november i made an online complaint to your phone pay regarding your failed transaction of rs. 2000/- dated 13/10/2019. Phonepe sent me an email on 4 november and mentioned a mobile no. [protected] for help. On 12/11/2019 i called on the given number regarding my compliant. The phone pe representative who talked to me and told his name as ashish from his two mobile no. [protected] & [protected] to my mobile no. [protected]. On the pretext of help to return my stuck amount of rs. 2000/-, your representative has asked and taken my upi pin; my online login id; and 16 digit atm card details. Thereafter i received message from my sbi account of debit of rs. 5000/- from my account.
                                I here clearly state that your representative in conspiracy with you has duped me of rs. 5000/-. I will take legal action against you and your representative for the fraud played by you and your representative.

Every time your executive given the copy past answer.

                                    मैंने पैसे बैंक में डाले तो मेरे से बैंक का खाता नंबर[protected] के स्थान पर[protected] लिखा गया। इसलिए मेरे द्वारा डाले गए बैंक के पैसे मेरे खाते में नहीं आए। अतः आपसे अनुरोध है कि जो पैसे मेरे द्वारा गलती से[protected] नामक खाते में भेजे गए हैं उन्हें खाता संख्या[protected] में सथनांतरित किया जाए। आपकी बहुत कृपया होगी
                                    Money is struck in phonepe wallet and there is no proper customer service . The amount struck in the wallet is Rs. 9200. Which is not a small amount..they are asking to do kyc but not telling the process to do it. The customer care no. Given over internet is also not working.this is ridiculous i want immediate solution for this.
