PhonePe — fund transfer transaction successful but still not credited to the receiver account

Yesterday i have transferred rs.4000/- to [protected] axis bank a/c, chennai transaction also successful. But till not credited to the receiver account. Contacted customer support of phone pe and raised ticket no 24525621. But today i checked the ticket status it was resolved.. Transaction no p1810051032470565616383. But issue is till pending. Kindly look into the issue

While transfering through phone pe my money debited 50k from my SBI account but it's not credited to my father account. And big thing phone pe showing transaction is successful..

I called phone pe but they can't understand and can't respond..
They r saying transaction successful now we can't do anything.
I visited both sender and receiver bank.
But they also told we can't do anything about this transaction, phone pe is 3rd party of this transaction so bank well not help..
I want complete solution about this transaction.

I didn't get refund from phonepe.. at 20 September amount of 2155 transaction was failed and phone pe notify me refund of that amount.. till now i called customer care 20 times yet didn't get refund.. so ridiculous
