I didn't get refund from phonepe.. at 20 September amount of 2155 transaction was failed and phone pe notify me refund of that amount.. till now i called customer care 20 times yet didn't get refund.. so ridiculous

PhonePe — 19800/-fund transfer transaction successful but still not credited to the receiver customer account
One of my client through phonepe transferred me amount of Rs.1, 867 but till date the amount is not credited in my account. Ticket no. is 1387999 - message showing "Transaction success but amount not credited to account" - please check on 18-19 but till date not resolved. UTR no.[protected]

I called phone pe but they can't understand and can't respond..
They r saying transaction successful now we can't do anything.
I visited both sender and receiver bank.
But they also told we can't do anything about this transaction, phone pe is 3rd party of this transaction so bank well not help..
I want complete solution about this transaction.
