PhonePe — fund transfer transaction successful but still not credited to the receiver account | |||
Yesterday i have transferred rs.4000/- to [protected] axis bank a/c, chennai transaction also successful. But till not credited to the receiver account. Contacted customer support of phone pe and raised ticket no 24525621. But today i checked the ticket status it was resolved.. Transaction no p1810051032470565616383. But issue is till pending. I didn't get refund from phonepe.. at 20 September amount of 2155 transaction was failed and phone pe notify me refund of that amount.. till now i called customer care 20 times yet didn't get refund.. so ridiculous

I've sent 1000 rs to an account, my account is debited but the recipient didn't receive it

I called phone pe but they can't understand and can't respond..
They r saying transaction successful now we can't do anything.
I visited both sender and receiver bank.
But they also told we can't do anything about this transaction, phone pe is 3rd party of this transaction so bank well not help..
I want complete solution about this transaction.
how did you get that money back bro?
