2 tickets were booked on 30th august for pondicherry but on very next day received a sms saying due to breakdown of bus ticket has been canceled and i booked it onceagain.
As i didnt receive my refund i had called them on 12 they said it will be done on 14th i called on 14th they said 20th it will be done, i called them on 20th they said it will be done on 24th, i called them on 24th they said its a serious issue we will proceed to higher end and it will be cleared on 27th but still i didnt get the refund i called them today... They said it will be done on 30th they say... They are not taking things seriously.
*one of them cut the call because i used a word called blady... Only they have emotions not the customer... Its been a month issue is not taken seriously.
I am waiting for my refund... I have called phonepe customer care several time but nothing has been taken seriously.

    Good evening
    I am virendra kumar rai lives in deoria uttar pradesh. Some one withdrwan money from my account by some illegal means inr 59757.96, i immediatly contacted to cyber cell, they got activated and claimed that money has recovered. Out of that inr 10000 has been transferred by phonepe private limited in my account but remaining amount is still awaited. Phonepe attempted transfer of money on[protected] but they enter wrong account number so system did not accepted and it auto return to phone pey utr n0 [protected] and utr pnbh[protected]

      money deducted but train ticket not booked

      Hi team,
      Phone pe transaction id: p1809262216573428963723

      I purchased ticket in irctc through phone pe account. My money 650 rs has been deducted from bank account but ticket is not confirmed by irctc. They told bank confirmation is pending at the time of booking because of that reason ticket not booked. I tried to contact with phone pe customer care but not reachable. I need my money back please initiate the refund...

      On 27/05/2018 i tried to transfer rs 13000 thru phone pe app to my sbi credit card which unknowingly has expired by then. The amount got debited from my pnb account but was not credited to sbicard.
      I waited for 72 hours for reverse transaction but it did not happen. I logged complaint on phone pe app itself. Then i took up the matter with sbicards. After two months they informed that the money is not with them. I again logged complaint on phone pe app. But there was no response.

      The gold sale is restricted for security for 72 hours.

      It is very sad to sale on gold and urgent. medical reason

      otherwise need to put the money back on purchase

        On 7/09/2018 i have made transaction through phonepe to a merchant named commdel. Transaction was successful from phonepe but merchant recieved declined copy receipt upon asking merchant said amount will be refunded back to my phonepe account. But still i have not got refunded and phonepe people are blindly extending dates. And i demand an interest for the amount 595rs add interest for 20days 6550rs as interest because after giving time still no resoultion so add 50% interest on 595rs and pay to phonepe

          Dear Team,

          I am sending mony Rs- 8000.00 is my mom's account from 22-spt-2018 at 11:02 PM but sitll transaction is pending or amount deduct in my bank account but. Amount is not credit in my mom account.

          This is a emergency case because my mothers is hospitalized, very urgent need the money in my mom.

          Than I called in phone pee customer care and shared my problem on this executive, senior executive and team leader but his team leader informed me I will arenge the call back within 24 hours but sitll I am not getting any on his said so would request to you please resolve my problem its a very urgent...

            I have added 10000 in my phonepe wallet but i'm unable to withdraw whole amount. Only 1000 got transferred. Phonepe is cheating customers. Going to consumer court. Now it's been 2 times happened with me. I wanted money for my mom's medical treatment. Now i'm frustrated if anything happened with my mother then i will definitely charge you for life case

                I have paid my bsnl payment through phonepe and i got the successfull transaction message. But in my bsnl portal i still have a due amount. This is the message i recieved. Payment of rs.566 for bsnl landline landline bill ([protected]) via phonepe (Transaction id: n[protected]) has been successfull.
                I need to be resolved immediately as soon as possible.
                Digital payments deliberately cheating people. This is not fair.
                Do neccessary steps and resolve mine.

                  Having s. B. A/c at idbi bank, gangapur road, nashik, maharashtra with name prajkta vilas shandilya (Sb a/c no. [protected], ifc - ibkl0000103). While booking air ticket for mumbai to bangalore on dt 25.06.2018 via phonepe the transaction was not completed due to error & the amount rs. 2074/- was deducted from the account (Upi/[protected]/goibibo). The complaint was given at bank on dt 9.07.2018, now more than 2 months have been passed & amount is not refunded. Do the needful at the earliest.

                      Bill payment of rs.300.0 has failed because the service provider was unable to process the request due to some temporary technical issues at their side.

                      If you still wish to make the bill payment, you can try again after 30 mins.

                      When will i get the refund?
                      We have already initiated the refund, find the details below
                      Total amount = rs.300.0
                      Cashback adjustment = rs.0
                      Amount reversed to phonepe wallet = rs.0
                      Amount reversed to jio wallet = rs.0
                      Amount reversed to freecharge wallet = rs.0
                      Amount reversed to the bank of maharashtra account = rs.300.0

                      Rs. 300.0 will be deposited to the bank of maharashtra account by 06/sep/2018

                      You can check your bank account balance on phonepe by following the below steps:
                      Go to 'check bank balance' in phonepe app
                      Select 'bank account'
                      Select 'request balance' on the required bank account
                      Enter the upi pin

                      Please note: in case of failed bill payments, for which you have received any promotional campaign amount (Cashback), the cashback amount will be adjusted from the refund amount. Cashbacks are applicable only for successful bill payments.

                        I recharged vodafone no [protected] of rs.39 by phone pe app.they show me rs.39 is promo of local [protected]@30p/min, validity 28 day.when recharge done i received benifit of bangladesh [protected]@rs.1.99/ min.that was wrong benifit.i complaint to phone pe but didn't refund my money or actual benifit.please take necessary action against phone pe.I complaint again and again since two months but they deny to refund my money.

                          1. I had 80 rs in my phone pay wallet before 21 july.
                          2. I was trying to make electricity bill payment of 1524 on 21 july. I tried to make two transactions and both of them failed.
                          3. 1429 has been refunded to my icici bank and has been settled. I received the money too.
                          4. 1509 was however declined by phonepay because of that only, it is first visible in my icici bank statment and later it got debited.
                          PhonePe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                          I have discussed with phonepay and icici bank both. Both are blaming each other.
                          Phonepay response:
                          Regarding transaction of 1509, they mentioned that i have entered wrong pin and because of which phonepay didnt receive the money.
                          Icici response:
                          They mentioned that if any transaction is failed, it can not be reflected in credit card statement.
                          Me:
                          I feel phonepay is lying because
                          1509 was the second transaction in the process and it is not possible that i have entered the correct pin first time and incorrect pin second time.

                          Please take necessary action against phonepay as they are the cheaters.

                            Phonepe has added wrong credit card to my phonepe account. I did a credit card payment of 45000 thinking it is my card. Card number partially visible is 4386*9433.

                            Transferred rs. 25, 000 on 07-june-2018 with transaction id (N[protected]) and rs. 20, 000 on 08-june-2018 with transaction (N[protected]). Done these transactions from my phonepe account and attached screen shots as well.

                            I am sure i have not added that card. I have been following up with phonepe for last 3 months and no response. I am asking either revert that transaction or give me that full credit card number and name so that i can request him. Can you please help me to get full card details or revert that transaction.

                            Even though I have not submitted a close wallet request phone pe has deactivated my wallet when I clicked on withdrawal and customer care has no way to reactivate.. phone pe customer care has terrible service as they don’t even have an option to cancel an order placed via phonepe as the wallet will not receive any refund at all

                              I have initiated a payment to irctc via phonepe two times.
                              once the transaction got cancelled, so request you to kindly provide me refund to the concerned bank account
                              second time the transaction was successful but tickets are not booked.IRCTC status shows payment is pending from PhonePe end.

                              Both times the amount is deducted from my account. Therefore I request you to refund my amount so that I can book the tickets again.

                                Amount got debited from my bank for rs 20000/- towards my credit card payment but in phonepe it shows as transaction failed and in credit card it is not reflecting. Just now i have received a msg from phonepe shows that 'amount should have not been debited from your account'. When will my amount refunded??? The queries i have asked through phonepe app is not responding.

                                    I have recharged my airtel number with 349 rs and it got deducted and i didnt get recharge. Phonepe wants me to cal airtel and airtel is saying that they didnt receive any amount and wants me to contact phonepe.
                                    Phonepe is responsible for my deduction money, they have to contact airtel and make clear whether my amount is received or not.
                                    They are responding too late and finaly closing the issue by saying the amount is now recharged but still i didnt get any recharge.
