Hi team, i have Rs.10000 stuck at my wallet.i have raised concern to phonepe kn 11th october.till now no action from them.
Initially they asked me to wait till 15th oct but when i called them today on 16th october they are asking me to wait till 18th october.

Customer care people are giving false info. And they are not providing any mail id to escalate...It is tooo diagusting .
Please help me to get the amount to my bank account.

    This app really sucks in the matter of cashbacks. I have made more than 3 transactions through phonepay app and the transaction history is also not available in the app nor did i receive any cashback. In addition to this the app does not have proper customer support services also.
    Need to improve your features a lot to make it convenient for users. Paytm feels much safer and easier to user than phonepay.
    The last transaction I have made is for foodpanda and i received no cashback plus there is no transaction history also available.

      9/10/2018 I did a recharge through my Jio app UPI section Rs 349 plus 50 rupees voucher. My transaction was successful and deducted from my bank account. But recharge was not credited to Jio number. I request both phone pe and Jio customer care executive to refund my money.but still not refunded. I have done that recharge on this number [protected]..

        There was an offer on flipkart in big billion days sale which was on 10 oct 2018 to 14 oct 2018 that if i will recharge for the amount greater than rs.300 i will get rs.150 instant discount so i rechargerd with rs.399 and it showed me that rs150 instant discount applied and i had to pay rs.249 so i paid it but due to rupay card of paytm bank the amount doesn't show in the otp sms and i paid after that i checked my bank statement it showed they deducted rs.399 from my account. When i contacted they said they will help me within 24hrs and then they closed my ticket and i didn't got any solution.

          I have made a transaction for rupees 15000 from my icici account to my hdfc bank account today. The transaction wasn't successful and the status of my transfer is still failed, but the cash deducted from my account.

          Resolve this issue as soon as you can since i'm very much concerned about my money.

            I've added my kyc using pan card, still phone pay is not allowing me to transfer money from my wallet into my account. It is showing message e-kyc services are temporary unavailable.

            Even if i am trying to close the wallet account, still it is showing me error.
            There is no positive response from consumer support as well.

            My money is stuck which i urgently need it. 10000 is not a small amount.

              I have purchased an item from myntra during their big fashion days sale. The transaction id is - p1810102342176264214457 and the amount of transaction is inr-6637.5. There is an offer in myntra upto 200 cashback for above 2000 rupees purchase through phonepe. And then i made my transaction for all these offers. But after my transactions i didn't get my cash back. I have already registered the complaint in myntra through mails and their help desk after 24 hours of my transaction. But nothing has changed. And right now they are saying that the issue has been solved. But they didn't give my cash back. I have gone through a very bad phonepe help desk support. Because they are saying again and again the case has resolved. But now they are saying the issue is related to myntra. But myntra already declined they have done all the things for the transaction. So please speed up this cash baack issue as soon as possible. The relevant screenshots about my transactions and complaints are given below.

                Since i have money in my wallet, i'm unable to withdraw due to e-kyc services not updated. It says e-kyc services are temporarily unavailable whenever i attempt any transaction. I also mentioned this issue to their concerned authorities but still ain't helping me out of this as they say they are beyond uidai regulators. Please resolve this issue asap.

                I made a transaction of 1000 rs but the Transaction failed but the amount got debited from my account .I did not get my amount back to my account. I request phone pay to revert my money back to my account. Please respond to the complaints or requests else it is unfair to cheat like this.

                  I have made a couple of transactions for rupees 5000 and 2811 from my phone pe wallet to my indian bank account a month ago. The transaction wasn't successful and the status of my transfer is still pending.
                  I have already lodged a complaint regarding this issue but till now it hasn't been resolved or i have got any proper response from phonepe side.
                  Resolve this issue as soon as you can since i'm very much concerned about my money.

                    I booked my ticket on irctc app using phonepe and i got transaction successful but there is no ticket confirmation by contacting irctc they told that ticket was not booked but by contacting phonepe they informed that transaction is completed successfully, also they told that if you got ticket money won't come otherwise money will return back. Because of that i can't book my ticket on other train atlast i am going on by using general ticket

                      I sent the sum of ₹5000 from my PhonePe wallet to my bank to withdraw on[protected]:57 AM. The amount was debited from my wallet and was not credited to the bank. When i asked the customer care executive, they told me to wait for three days, they also assured that your amount is safe and will be credited to the bank or will be re credited to the wallet again. Today[protected] i called the customer care regarding the same issue they again asked me to wait for 7 days. Kindly help me to get my money bank. Thank you.

                        Customer executive is very rude.
                        I want my refund but that executive is very rude he just very disappoint me.
                        Take my complaint as high priority

Bank team was not cooperated with me, that account kyc is not correct.

                            I have booked train ticket through irctc app and made payment via phonepe. Amount is deducted from my bank account but booking not confirmed, so i contact phonepe care they said, sometimes irctc will take 24 hrs to update. Now its more than 24 hrs and irctc showing status as "pending from bank pend '" i. E phonepe. Now the phonepe personal saying we will give you update by 13th oct. Which is my journey date. I asked them what will i do if you give update after chart preparation, they said, book another ticket, and if the previous transaction become successful i wont get any refund.
                            I understand there may be some technical issue but their approach is disappointing because i am facing inconvenience and financial loss.

                                Credit card payment of rs. 7125 with transaction id n[protected] on 10th oct at 12:50 am is still pending. Even after 24 hours, the status is not updated. I have contacted the customer service and all they are asking me is to wait. If the payment fails, then i have to repay. Also, the amount is huge. Please look into the issue. Please try to get some update from visa and let me know. If the transaction is a success then update the same in the app. If the transaction fails please initiate a refund.

                                  I have purchased a gold of quantity 1.803gm and 1.5001 for rs.9000 in the gold offer section. And, when i am trying to sell this gold. Then, it automatically displayed out like:;

                                    From long time i am unable to use PhonePe app. when i want to open and loging in . a system error says your device is temperately suspended. with this issue I contact help centre via call and email more then 15 time. but they did not help me to unbolck. every time they gives me more time to investigation.

                                      I have try to recharge my dish tv account for a year using phonepe amounting to 8028 but the amount was debited from my account and the recharge was not done.
                                      After so many tickets to phonepe they did not revert the amount to my account and tell me the excuse that it will take 30 days to just check for the amount and close the ticket without my approval.
                                      I want my money as it is not a small amount and they are not giving me appropriate answers.

                                        Transaction failed but amount debited in my Sbi account.when amount transfer to the other account than transaction failed but Rs5000 amount debited in my Sbi account.and not receiving amount in the reciever hand.please give me information my transaction related query
                                        I recharged 153 as monthly plan on 10 October 2018 via my Jio App with paytm UPI as payment mode.The payment was successful to indiaideascici and I was deducted Rs.153 from my bank account. But the monthly pack hasn't activated. I waited for a 1 hour . They said that it has been declined from their side and yd to contact your third party payment mode for further queries. But UPI payment was successful. This is highly not appreciated. I'motally dissatisfied with your service. I had to recharge my number with different payment mode. So please refund my transaction amount.

                                        I have booked my ticket on IRCTC through payment gateway of phonepe money got deducted but on my IRCTC account says it is pending from bank end although the linked account money got deducted. Attaching the files plz resolve it as soon as it is possible otherwise i will have to book tickets again
