PhonePe — I am complaining against phonepe

Today 03/03/2020 i did recharge on airtel number of rs 449 using phone or portal... They deducted money from account and recharge has not done... And there is no response from customer support... And i have received message saying that it will take 48 hours to confirm... After 48 hours if recharge has not done they return the amounts... They are playing with customers... 48 hours is too long too wait and there is no guarantee also...
