PhonePe — I am sending money wrong account

I am see the one phone in the olx i would like to buy the mobile. That guys highly cheating with the name of indian army. I am losing the 17700 rs i am transfer to money through the phone pay app. That fraud guy mobile number is [protected] to 12600 rupees and cooriyar men [protected] to 5100 rupees transfer them. So please block that account. Please help to me sir i am a student. Pls help me

Yesterday 2800 rupees transfer sbi acc to Obc Bank acc. But 2800 rupees deduct in sbi acc but not reach in Obc self acc this transaction utr no.[protected] and mob. No. [protected]

Hello Sir / Madam,

I am located in Bangalore and today I have visited Medplus shop and purchased medicines while making payment I have requested them to accept PhonePe but they said server down. This is not 1st time every time they saying server down. Pls look into the issue. Thanks
