I booked my ticket on irctc app using phonepe and i got transaction successful but there is no ticket confirmation by contacting irctc they told that ticket was not booked but by contacting phonepe they informed that transaction is completed successfully, also they told that if you got ticket money won't come otherwise money will return back. Because of that i can't book my ticket on other train atlast i am going on by using general ticket

    I sent the sum of ₹5000 from my PhonePe wallet to my bank to withdraw on[protected]:57 AM. The amount was debited from my wallet and was not credited to the bank. When i asked the customer care executive, they told me to wait for three days, they also assured that your amount is safe and will be credited to the bank or will be re credited to the wallet again. Today[protected] i called the customer care regarding the same issue they again asked me to wait for 7 days. Kindly help me to get my money bank. Thank you.

      Customer executive is very rude.
      I want my refund but that executive is very rude he just very disappoint me.
      Take my complaint as high priority
      So many customers are disappointed with this kind of executives

      They just providing date again and again

I have sent money to [protected] on 24/09/2018, (Utr) number:[protected], transaction amount is rs. 2000/-, that number is used my friend vuta sitaramayya he is used last 5 years, he is asking for money for not credited money his account, that time i have contacted to you, your team is suggested to bank support. Bank team was not cooperated with me, that account kyc is not correct.
        [protected] this is vuta sitaramayya number but add bank details was thunduri vijaya lakshmi, how is it possible, you are not co-operated with me that time i will complaint consumer court

          I have booked train ticket through irctc app and made payment via phonepe. Amount is deducted from my bank account but booking not confirmed, so i contact phonepe care they said, sometimes irctc will take 24 hrs to update. Now its more than 24 hrs and irctc showing status as "pending from bank pend '" i. E phonepe. Now the phonepe personal saying we will give you update by 13th oct. Which is my journey date. I asked them what will i do if you give update after chart preparation, they said, book another ticket, and if the previous transaction become successful i wont get any refund.
          I understand there may be some technical issue but their approach is disappointing because i am facing inconvenience and financial loss.

              Credit card payment of rs. 7125 with transaction id n[protected] on 10th oct at 12:50 am is still pending. Even after 24 hours, the status is not updated. I have contacted the customer service and all they are asking me is to wait. If the payment fails, then i have to repay. Also, the amount is huge. Please look into the issue. Please try to get some update from visa and let me know. If the transaction is a success then update the same in the app. If the transaction fails please initiate a refund.

                I have purchased a gold of quantity 1.803gm and 1.5001 for rs.9000 in the gold offer section. And, when i am trying to sell this gold. Then, it automatically displayed out like:;

                Actually what happened to this related issue i don't know. Please help me regarding this issue to be resolved out as fast as it is possible. Regarding with lot of thanks!!

                  I have try to recharge my dish tv account for a year using phonepe amounting to 8028 but the amount was debited from my account and the recharge was not done.
                  After so many tickets to phonepe they did not revert the amount to my account and tell me the excuse that it will take 30 days to just check for the amount and close the ticket without my approval.
                  I want my money as it is not a small amount and they are not giving me appropriate answers.

                  I had cancelled an irctc ticket on 6 oct 18 irctc refunded me on 7 oct but amt is not credited in my account yet

                    Transaction failed but amount debited in my Sbi account.when amount transfer to the other account than transaction failed but Rs5000 amount debited in my Sbi account.and not receiving amount in the reciever hand.please give me information my transaction related query
                    I recharged 153 as monthly plan on 10 October 2018 via my Jio App with paytm UPI as payment mode.The payment was successful to indiaideascici and I was deducted Rs.153 from my bank account. But the monthly pack hasn't activated. I waited for a 1 hour . They said that it has been declined from their side and yd to contact your third party payment mode for further queries. But UPI payment was successful. This is highly not appreciated. I'motally dissatisfied with your service. I had to recharge my number with different payment mode. So please refund my transaction amount.

                    I have booked my ticket on IRCTC through payment gateway of phonepe money got deducted but on my IRCTC account says it is pending from bank end although the linked account money got deducted. Attaching the files plz resolve it as soon as it is possible otherwise i will have to book tickets again

                      fund transfer transaction successful but still not credited to the receiver account

                      Yesterday i have transferred rs.4000/- to [protected] axis bank a/c, chennai transaction also successful. But till not credited to the receiver account. Contacted customer support of phone pe and raised ticket no 24525621. But today i checked the ticket status it was resolved.. Transaction no p1810051032470565616383. But issue is till pending. Kindly look into the issue...

                      I was trying order one book in flipkart that was indian polity written by laxmi kant but i was not sure whether my payment was completed or not. I have tried to pay another time through phone pe wallet. After that money was debited two times from my account for one item. Please look into this matter and try to refund my excess money into my acvount

                          On date 03 oct'18 20500 rs were transferred from icici bank account to bom account. Amount is deducted from icici bank account but not credited in bom bank. Phonepe transaction shows the successful transaction (Transaction id p1810030958532842868024). I checked both bank statement but amount doesn't reflect over there.

                            I had submitted some amount in phone pe wallet but when i want to withdraw the amount it's says kyc incomplete when tried to complete it says e kyc is temporarily not supporting. How can i withdraw the amount from phone pe wallet or should i consider loss of money and delete this app considering it a cheat app. Kindly let me know what next i should do

                                invoice or proof of payment for transaction

                                I had made one transaction(for ordering one product of faballey through payu) using phone pe app on 21.09.2018 of Rs. 950.00, but the said order was unsuccessful, but my account got debited with Rs. 950.00.I submitted complain to my bank for reversal of the said amount and for that my BANK is asking proof of payment/invoice.I tried to take a screenshot for the said transaction from phonepe app and submitted that to the bank, but it was found...

                                On 1st September i transfer money..it get failed but also debited.. but its going to 29 days and my money is not credited on my acc..tranjuction id is - P1809010009590890945002..then i call phone pe they told me wait for 7 days..they didn't pay my money.. then again i call after 7 days then they said wait for 5 days.. again i call after 5days they said please wait for 4 days again..and when the days are came to end they will say wait for 4 days or 5 days..now recently oneday they told me that money was not deducted it is not they are fault please check, it is bank problem..then i filled charge back from but bank says that we already send the money to service provider..but phone pe still ignoring it..and now their are no reply from them..i send emails them but...they take time 27 sep to resolve it..but they are not responding me... please please please help me..i am a student.. it is very hope less..
