I have tried a irctc train ticket booking through phonepe app. The amount has been debit from my bank account through phonepe. But the ticket is not booked. I checked in my IRCTC account which shows, payment is pending from bank end..the traveling date passed ..but ro response from phonePe app ..

Hello,
I have added money into my friend phone pay account on 27.10.2018 but the amount was 10, 000 debited to my bank account on 27.10.2018 and the transfer was pending and my friend didn't received the amount and not refund my bank account. raised the issue to phone pay on 28.10.2018 and could u resolve the issue as soon as possible.

    We purchase phone pay milk mother dairy no -692 dated 29/10/2018 timed -6.35 am and my phone pay account ([protected]) automatically twenty one rupees deduct time -6:36 am transaction no - p18102906361163372018717,
    Mother dairy owner show up our phone no any message revived regarding this amount & asking me twenty four hours amount automatic comes in wallet, but no any amount receive my wallet, please look into the matter, we are waiting your positive response.

    I booked irctc tickets from phonePe ..the app show transaction successful and amount debited but the ticket not booked ..when i check irctc app ..it show amount yet not paid from bank end .. transition unsuccessful..

      Regarding your recent query, ticket id: 26488379, please note that your transaction with transaction id: p1810261352502005589588 inr: 1200 is pending since the receiver's bank has not provided a confirmation that this payment was successful. The status will be updated within 3 days from the day of the transaction which is the time frame provided by the bank.
      PhonePe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      Amount deducted from my account but not credited to receiver’s account.
      Payment was done through PhonePe UPI transaction.
      Beneficiary bank is punjab national bank.
      And my bank i ls also punjab national bank.
      PhonePe shows that the transaction is successful.
      But the amount is not credited to receiver’s account
      Dear Sir/Madam,
      My Transaction of Rs. 15000/- was get failed on 26/10/2018 but amount was debited from my bank. While amount didn't get credited in payee's account. After 5 day there is no refund from Phonepe for failed transaction.

        I transferred 25000 rupees to another account from phonepe app on 26.10.2018 but payment is still pending. Amount is debited to my account.

        When i talk in to customer care, he said wait 3 days for solve your problem.
        After 3 days, they are not giving any answer correctly.
        I am very disappointed by customer care behaviour after 3 days.
        I need money. I'm in a lot of trouble.

        I received my money today. My problem is solve.
        Please I have a concern I have transferred the money 5000rs my friend phonepe account but not credited my friend account still my 5000 is debited so please resolve my problem

          Dear user,

          Phonepe,

          If you have deposited your money in the wallet and due to the problem of e-kyc you are not able to deposit that money in the bank then this method can be prove to be very good for you.

          1st order any sport shoes from flipkart and pay with phonepe wallet.
          After you buy that product, raise a complain with quality issue, you need to return it and request for refund in your bank account and provide details of flipkart.

          After your product is returned, your money will be directly transferred to your bank account with in 2 working days.

          Note:- you can buy any product that you want to get refund easily after return product.

          You also use this trick and turn your black money into white money.

          I also used. Hahahhah.

            Sir on october 14, 2018 i made a payment for a laptop of rupees 61990, at flipkart through phonepe from a debit card but the transaction is failed, but money is deducted of 50000 because due to limit of card is this. Phonepe at same time give message that money is deducted it will return in 5 days so i tried once more but another transaction failed, but, today is 28 october, 2018 till now i wait for 15 days but still money is not return please help me and request both phonepe and flipkart to see this and make my complain as priority i provide the both photo of message as bank statement and phonepe statement. Thank you

            all transaction number, POS everything provide in the message and I go to the bank they are telling money is not refund from them..

              Hello guys i booked a ticket of irctc on phone pe app but transaction was successful from phone pe end money deducted but at irctc app it shows pending from bank end that is phone pe i have notified them through their app but they give # replies of hi hello and that we have escalated this issue.                 Actually i was expecting a refund of payment amounting 809 from phonepe but it is not received into my account but phonepe support just replies with giving an arn number and my bank customer care is not confirming any kind of such arn number and due to this my money is stuck in between i didn't received the payment into my account and for your reference i am attaching phonepe's message screenshot.

                  I have two bank accounts. Yesterday that is on 27th october of 2018, I have transferred Rupees 5000/ from one bank account to the other bank account.
                  Transaction did not complete but however amount got debited from the source but did not get credited to my other account.
                  Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest.
                  PhonePe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                  Im expecting a refund of rs.497/-.
                  Phonepe gives me the ARN no. For the bank reference and bank asking me for the UTR no.
                  And the refund is stuck between bank & phonepe.

                  When i was paying my electricity Bill phonepe showed Rs 20 cashback but after i paid bill, i didn't get any cashback. I want my cashback. Rs 20 is not much valuable but rule is rule.. just paid my cashback.
                  I am sorry to say that my phonepe account got blocked due to incorrect pin. My area has very less network connectivity and i received many pin a bit delay. Please unblovk my account so that i can benefit from it.

                    Hello,
                    I have added money into my friend phone pay account on 07.10.2018 but the amount was debited to my account on 08.10.2018 and the transfer was failed and my friend didn't received the amount and he raised the issue to phone pay on 21.10.2018 and could u resolve the issue as soon as possible.
                    The amount debited to my account is rs.2250 and the amount was transferred from andhra bank debit card.

                        Hi.. I have sent money through the phone pe around 49000 before 3days.. But still it has not got credited the amount to the receiver account.. I have raised the ticket within 10mins of the transaction.. But they are convincing telling that.. It's the problem in receiver bank. I have checked with the bank too.. But no issue in bank.. They are making fool.. They don't have exact solutions and cannot support in time.. Mr phone or plz credit my amount back along with the interest amount i have paid.. I never use this app..

                          On 14th october i transact ₹1000 to reciver account (Sbi)
                          In phonepe transaction it is showing successful.. But till now not recived any ammount to the receiver.
                          Lastly i called to phonepe support then they said that contact your reciver bank with utr number but reciver bank unable to check any other utr number.
                          Again i called to phonepe they suggest me to put charge back form in your sender bank (Paytm).

                          Paytm payment bank not accept my charge back form because money transferred to correct account number.
                          Finally no one listens to my words.. Now 1000 rupees already pending from last 12 days.
                          I am putting consumer case against phonepe also

                          What i have to do... Any suggest me please ☺ ☺ ☺

                            Today i charged my metro card for rs 200 card no [protected]. Phone pay failed in making payment to delhi metro but refund ed rs 150/ to my bank account & phone pay voucher credited for rs 50/. So why you credited voucher for rs 50/ when transaction got failed.                               Ticket booking at irctc using credit card through phonepe
                              Amount deducted from the credit card but irctc confirmed as failed transaction, i. E. Ticket was not booked.

                              Phonepe is not refunding the money stating that their transaction with irctc was successful, and only on confirmation from irctc they will take any action.

                                I have an account registered with phonpe with email id: [protected]@gmail.com and number [protected]
                                I used debit card on merchant site to pay rupees 647, and then i cancelled the order, merchant initiated the refund but phonpe stuck my refund of rupees 647 and they are not giving my money back.
                                I will provide you with details like arn number

                                There they are showing that money has been transferred to your ac but that is not the case, i cannot see any money there they are lying and ate my money.

                                In this below picture, it's showing that refund has been successfully transferred by flipkart, but phonepe has not credited the same in my bank ac

                                I cancelled my order on Flipkart which I do payment through phonepe, but the below pics i'm showing says Flipkart successfully transferred it but phonepe does not transferred it to my bank account and when I contacted it to phonepe customer care they only says your amount is successfully transferred by us to your bank account these are the ARN no. Of refunded amount 886 and 789 and contact to your bank if it not showing on your account

                                Iam also facing this same problem with phonepe.I ordered in flipkart by using phonepe UPI payment method.later I was cancelled my order in flipkart.flipkart initiated my refund immediately. But phonepe was not transferred my money into my bank account amounting of rs8198

                                  Close wallet option in the wallet, which closed my wallet and took away all the money (Rs 800+) in wallet, the wallet can not be reopened and money couldn't be deposited to the account. I accidentally touched close wallet option and it directly closed the account with out asking me for the confirmation. I had long conversation with customer care and they are not ready to re activate my wallet. They are filling their pockets with our money by this close wallet option.
                                  Please check into this issue and try to make it not happen to any one else.

                                    I have refered some of my friends to phonepe, initially they provide me cashback (Ie, 100rs for every refered friends) for few of my friends and later on they started cheating for the referal which i made, they didn't provide me cashback for remaining friends and so that i have raised a ticket on phonepe, they replied stating referal cashback credited with incorrect transcation id but i didnt received any such cashback, stil they refuse to credit money. So friends please dont refer anyone for phonepe

                                      I have send 4000 money to my friend puloma saha via phone pe on 10th October in between 12-1pm..My payment id was P1810101218007125446844... but the receiver had not received any money but at that time the money also deducted from my account..so plese do some needful by which I can get my money.
                                      The amount of 3676.46 was paid to irctc on 16th october through phone pe for a ticket which never got booked. Irctc has confirmed this. Phone Pe is not refunding the money despite my best efforts. Please resolve. I am just being harassed where as they are just making me wait and providing false excuses. I trusted this company.

                                        I saw a offer on phonepe for pizzaHut. Up to ₹125 Cashback, valid twice per user on transactions via PhonePe at Pizza Hut
                                        Cashback amount can vary between ₹35 to ₹125...
                                        I paid the amout via phonepe at the outlet... But didn't get cash back, and now they are trying to cofuse me with a different offer... I am uploding screenshot for both of the offers..
