I bought redeem code for google play for 160 rs and i havent got the code yet. There is no proper customer service worst app i didnt get ny refund also its been 24hrs. I tried everything the code is neither in the mail nor got it as a text message i have been trying to contact someone but eventually there is no one nor neither anyone is replying its been my worst service with the app i am vexed. I want my refund or i want the redeem i feel its all a scam now.

I purchased redeem code from phonepe and the amount was deducted but I haven't received code yet. Contacted phonepe team several times but it's getting worse. I was told to contact Google operator but I am not able to contact them. it's a scam.
