I made a upi transaction yesterday to phonpe upi of 8000 rs, the transaction is showing successful but amount is not credited to my bank account, i checked my balance, mini-statement, and on net banking also but there was no such transaction of 8000, and amount got debited but not credited. At both end the transaction showing succesful but not credited the amount and phonepe support and raised a ticket and it is showing issue resolved but issue still persist, i tried to call their customer care but they are not responding, i even dropped a mail to support phonepe but same situation. The phonpe are receiving the amount in another account number ending with xxx0025, i think they are doing by self. They are fooling customers.
