Sir on 29/08/19 i have done a payment of rs 5600 to ignou through upi payment via phonepe app.in my app the transaction is successful even rs 5600 is debited from my bank i got the message. But the site ignou shows payment failed and when i contacted their customer helpline they told me that they hadn't r received any amount from me and for that they also sent me the failed payment status proof below i will attach.
So i raised a complaint in phonepe but they just taking to much time at last they said i need to visit my bank to chargeaback the debited money but when i went to bank they told me that they can't do anything i have to complain to the phonepe they only can help me.. Now what can i do. They all just wasting my time. Please help me in getting back my debited money to my account.

Phonepe is showing successful transaction but amount is not being credited to my bank account. I have transferred my money from sbi to axis bank through upi but amount is deducted from sbi through app which is successful and phonepe has received the amount with successful transaction but hasn't credited the same in my bank account.

    One of my friend sent me money through the upi and it is showing that the amount has been credited in the transaction history but money is not credited in my bank account.
    In the phonepe app it is showing that amount has been credited but when i checked the balance of my bank account amount was not credited then i took the transaction details of my bank account but there no such transaction shown in the my bank account.

      I have requested oje of my friend to lend me 50000 rs . he sent it through sbi bhim upi to my phone pe ac . in my phone pe history its showing transaction successful but money not credited to my ac. i called phone pe customer care executive they said ask your friend to call sbi bhim upi customer care.
      the transaction id of phone pe is T1909111047005653042908.
      kindly resolve this issue. as I want that money for urgent requirement. pls do something. thank you

        Hi my self lokesh my friend was transferred 10, 000rs amount via upi phonepe today morning at 8.30am it was received in phonepe but in balance it was not credited in my account and i went to the bank they are not responding because that is the problem with phonepe in my account amount transaction also it is not showing so can u pls help me out with this problem because i was always aware with these kind of third party applications but i did a mistake now pls suggest me

          My phone pe account received two payment today 11.09.19 12.25am of 500rs each from paytm upi id [protected]@paytm to my account [protected]@ybl upi id. Upi reference no of those two transaction

          2.[protected]
          In my phonepe history shows this two transaction successful but when i checked the account balance and account statement no money credited from 500rs two times in my account. I contact phonepe support ticket id[protected] & 69698733
          But here the status is resolved but i don't receive 500rs *2 of those transaction. Please it is still pending. Help me out. All the screenshot of the transaction i attached with this. Please help me as soon as possible i need the money very much. I have to give college exam fees. My contact number [protected]

            My friend do two transaction today from paytm upi linked airtel payment bank to my phonepe upi id and in my phone pe i checked in history it shows those two transaction is successful but when check my account balance and account statement there are no amount received from phonepe of 500rs today. I also paytm bank for this query firstly they want written from phone pe about the transaction successful. After i also call phone pe but they don't give me any written and told me to check in help of phone pe app for ticket. And then i again contact paytm bank they refuse to take the statement from phone pe. Please help me out. I am very worried about this. My contact number [protected]

                I made a upi transaction yesterday to phonpe upi of 8000 rs, the transaction is showing successful but amount is not credited to my bank account, i checked my balance, mini-statement, and on net banking also but there was no such transaction of 8000, and amount got debited but not credited. At both end the transaction showing succesful but not credited the amount and phonepe support and raised a ticket and it is showing issue resolved but issue still persist, i tried to call their customer care but they are not responding, i even dropped a mail to support phonepe but same situation. The phonpe are receiving the amount in another account number ending with xxx0025, i think they are doing by self. They are fooling customers.
                Please help

                  Last night at 1:22 am my friend sent me 7500/- to me using my phonepe upi.in the phonepe app the transaction is shown as completed but i didn't receive any amount in my bank.

                  Also the text message he received after the transaction shows a bank account number which isn't mine.

                  I have no clue what has happened.

                    Upi money transfer of rs 8950 on 4th sept 2019 is showing successful but the money is not credited into my bank of india account. The bank of india is not taking any responsibility towards my grevieance and phone pe is still saying that the bank of india has confirmed the money transfer to that account.                       I have done a transaction on 4th of september 2019 of rs 4000 with transaction id[protected] still amount has not been credited on benifitiory account number. I made multiples call to phone pay customer care and they are not resolving my issue only says that money has been credited but till not credited and they told me to check with my bank i do so bank is saying that no credit has been made and phone pay says that amount has been credited no one is taking responsibility bank tell me to check with upi service provider and phone pay my upi service provider ask me to check with my bank. Very bad expirence i am facing no one is there to help.

                            On 3 september i transfer money to my friend bank. Money is debited from my account but not credit to other account. Done payment through phone pe.
                            In phone pe it's showing successful but amount is not credit to other bank first is showing pending but after 2 days successful.

                                On 31th august i transfered 2000 to a contact from phonepe. Amount has been deducted from my account but still the receiver has not come updated the money.                                   Phonepe is saying me to go to my bank branch and raise a complaint of charge back but bank says the transaction is succesful so we cant do anything you contact phonepe. Both are not taking responsibility so where the customer should go.

                                    I made a transaction on 31 aug 2019 from my icici bank to bank of india, the transaction is showing successful but amount is not credited to my bank of india account, i checked my passbook of bank of india there was no transaction of 10000, and amount got debited from mt icici bank i also contacted phonepe support and raised a ticket and it is showing issue resolved but issue still persist, i tried to call their customer care but they are not responding, i even dropped a mail to support phonepe but same situation. I used to love phonepe but after that really disappointed ☹️

                                      I have made on transaction of rs.11000 yesterday it shows successful and after an hour it is showing upirev please help me immediately as i needed this amount for an emergency purpose i trusted phone pe very much and i had made number of transactions. So for the trust please help immediately as it was an emergency case for me immediately recover that amount to my account please help me as it was very urgent
