I want my money refund i transfer money to marchant ftomqr code yesterday 9:10pm but receiver didn't got the money. I also talked with phonepr costom r they said pls contact you're bank with utr no but and bank said pls contact phone pay what should i do i want my money refund my no - [protected]. pls refund my money pls sir...

Dear sir,
20th june 2019 that's time Amount Debited My account but Not refund amount for 5000 thousands ruppes. I informed phone pe customer care but not credit amount and informed bank of india but not refund amount.
Plz refund this amount sir.
