I made a transaction with phonepe on 8th of july the transaction id :p1907082204473486472992.
I have asked for customer support on phonepe but still haven't received any reply on the app.
Money is deducted from my account and transaction is also successful but the money is not received by the receiver and i personally checked the bank statement of receiver it didn't showed any update about this transaction.

    I was making a transaction to a travel agent named bansal travel hub for my air ticket while making this transaction my transaction failed twice but money got deducted from my account. Please help me to resolve my problem because the amount deducted and got stuck at phone pe was rs 2770 and i am a student such amount is very big for me and these thiefes like phone pe and all ande just creating fuss on the name o[censored]pi this whole system o[censored]pi is corrupt and my bank uco bank is also a futile place to be called a bank please sir resolve my complain because such irresponsible behavior of such big names should not be tolerated

      I had a transaction on phonepe ([protected]) with 10000/- successfully but still not credit receiver ([protected]) account. I had lots of complain about my transaction phonepe and my bank (Sbi) but they also not responding proper. What should i do.. I am very hopeless because these type doing legal fraud... Customer dnt know what they do,

        phonepe successful transaction but amount not received

        I had made payment from sbi saving account to my friend janata sahakari bank account. Through upi app (Phonepe).
        The amount is deducted from my bank account and transaction successful receipt is generated, but my friend didn't get any mail or message of amount credited.
        Please check and take it as high priority and resolve this as soon as possible.

        I have recharged my vodafone mobile number [protected] of rs 169 under the transaction id n1907011806334865567667 on 1st july 2019 the amount was taken from the indian bank through online by the app phonepe. The recharge was unsuccessful. The bank informs that refunded amount will be given within 3-4 days. Till now the amount was not received. So you can kindly take steps to refund the amount of rs 169 soon

          I'm facing issue with phone pay, my friend send 8000 rs to my phone pay but it wasn't credited to my account i didn't understand why was happened to my account, phn pay customer service was telling mny was credited to my account what should i do now this is not 1st time so may times it was repeated, plz solve my problem because we r trust phn pay that's why we install but phn pay was giving this type ga problems

            I have purchased uber gift card ref.[protected]. But the card is not working in uber application. I have escillated the issue but phonepe were postponing continuosly from 25/06/2019. Complained and raised tickets so many times and they are postponing the issue nothing is resolved. I need a quick solution or refund for the uber gift card as soon as possible.

              Myself swaminathan from nagpur added 5000 to phone pe wallet and iam unable to use my wallet for purchase medicine, grocery and other materials from shop on query phonepe app say executive will talk in 24hours i was outstation i had very bad experience. For using ask for kyc and kyc service is non operative means phonepe using public money and enjoying interest.

                  I have been trying to send money to my friends for the oast one week. Initially, the transaction shows successful, but no notification of debit from the account, later on i got the debit message but money had not reached the person concerned.. The transaction has showed successful and money has been debited from my bank, i even have the proofs of the sms of debit i received. But the money sadly has not reached yet. It's a big amount, please help

                  I bought gold on 7th may worth 10000 rs. From my phonepe wallet. But when i am trying to sell it is displaying gold sale failed. For security reasons we have declined the transaction, please try after 72 hours. Even contacted their customer care but didn't received a satisfying reply from their part.

                    I have sent an amount to my dad on his phonepe upi and the transaction is showing successful in my transaction history but my dad didn't get any money. No such transaction is showing in his phonepe transaction history. He also went to bank which account is linked on his phonepe to know the statement history and there also no such credited amount is showing. Please fix the issue.

                        Every month i pay electricity bill from phonepay app. This month bill amount deducted from my bank by phonepay but till now payment not completed.
                        I created phone pay ticket no 60983679 but no response from phonepay support team. I'm a regular customer of phonepay and can't even expect this type of support from phonepay. I tried to call them, created ticket nothing worked. I don't know why this happening to me being a regular customer. So disappointed. Phenpay deducted money from my bank account but didn't pay the bill. Worst experience.

                          I had done transaction of Rs.25, 000 on 1st July by phonepe App. Unfortunately transaction was failed. I called phonepe customer care so many times for refund but they people are not cooperating with customers.. they are giving such an irrelevent reasons to not solving the problem. When i call phonepe CC they say contact your bank. But when i contact the bank they say contact your 3rd party application CC. You will only get the refund from where you had done the transaction, "bank is not here to entertain the 3rd party application users". I request you to please help me out.

                            On 02 th jul i sent rs. 500 from phonepe to my friend, and soon i got a text msg frm my bank for money debited. But the amount was not recieved in d other end.. As i contacted cc i was asked to wait for 48 hrs.. But still the issue is not resolved.. When i again contacted cc they are asking me to wait again until july 4th.. When i asked them to refund back simply.. They r not ready fr that also.. What's wrong woth ur app..? I not going to use ur app anymore.. And i wont suggest it to anyone.

                              Hi, I made transaction on July 2nd 09:04PM using phonepe app to pay my amazon pay emi whose lender is capital float. Transaction was successfull but got declined from amazon's end. When I asked phonepe guys they said receiver successfully received but amazon said they don't. Phonepe and amazon both said to wait 5-7 working days to get it refunded back to my bank account. Is it true ? Shall I wait for 5-7 days ? Shall I raise chargeback using UTR number ? Please help me guys. I have attached screenshot as well

                                    I have done a transaction of rs1000 on phonepe via the upi on 30, june 2019. The transaction failed but the money from my bank account has been debited. I have generated ticket (Complaint) against the transaction with the phonepe customer care. After few days, they replied that they have got the confirmation from bank that no such debit has been done. However, the amount has actually been debited from my bank account. I have cross-checked the utr no also.

                                    I paid my postpaid bill on 22nd June. But after that I didn't received any bill or proof of payment from PhonePe. I contacted them several times but they kept telling me that i will receive the bill very soon. And today is 3rd of July. I tried everything I could. Still I haven't got any receipt from them. Please help me in this case.

                                      I was contacting a travels agency but by then a call came that we are a travel agency and your book is not confirmed and asked to pay like 10Rs from phonepe ..as i did they withdrawed 10000 money from the bank as phonepe was linked to the account...calling again the phone number was then switched off ...please help us ...we are a middle class people.
