PhonePe — i used phone pe app on 27/05/2018 to recharge my sbi credit card with rs 13000 but the amount got debited from account but no credit to card.

On 27/05/2018 i tried to transfer rs 13000 thru phone pe app to my sbi credit card which unknowingly has expired by then. The amount got debited from my pnb account but was not credited to sbicard.
I waited for 72 hours for reverse transaction but it did not happen. I logged complaint on phone pe app itself. Then i took up the matter with sbicards. After two months they informed that the money is not with them. I again logged complaint on phone pe app. But there was no response.
